Abstract

SOSYAL KAZALARDAN BİRİ OLAN TERORIZM'IN TOPLAM KALİTE YÖNETİMİ AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ ( Yüksek Lisans Tezi ) Ömer KÖSE GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ OCAK 2001 ÖZET Bu çalışmamızda, dünyanın ve ülkemizin büyük problemlerden biri olan Terörizm konusu incelenmekte ve çözüm yollan aranmaktadır. Terörizm'in, Türkiye'deki tarihi süreci ele alınmakta ve gençliğimizi bu yola iten sebepler araştırılıp, aile ve toplum üzerinde bıraktığı etkileri irdelenmektedir. Geleceğimizin teminatı olan gençlerimizi, terör tuzağından kurtarmanın çareleri aranırken; Probleme, Toplam Kalite Yönetim modeli uygulanmış ve çözüm önerileri ortaya konmuştur. Bu çalışma yapılırken, bir kalite çemberi oluşturulmuş ve TKY'deki problem çözme teknikleri kullanılarak ana sebepler belirlenmiş, çözümü için alternatifler ortaya konarak, sonuca gidilmiştir. 11 EXAMINING TERRORISM WHICH IS ONE OF THE SOCIAL INCIDENTS, THROUGH THE TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (MScThesis) ÖMER KÖSE GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECNOLOGY JANUARY 2001 ABSTRACT In this study, one of the crucial problems of our country and also the world, terrorism, will be examined and the ways of its solutions will be tried to find. The historical process of terrorism in Turkey and the reason why our youth has been involved in it will be discussed, its effects on the family and the society will be searched. We will either consider how to keep the incoming generations away from terrorism or we will apply the model of Total Quality Management to the program and will put forward some ways of solution to it. While building this study up we will try to determine the main reasons which caused the problem through the methods of quality circle and brain storming and offering some alternatives about how to solve it, we will conclude it.
