TÜRÜNÜN MORFOLOJİK, ANATOMİK VE PALİNOLOJİK ÖZELLİKLERİ YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ BİYOLOJİ Handan KAŞIKÇI ( ALTINCI ) GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Şubat 2002 ÖZET S. wiedemannii'ye ait olan morfolojik özellikler Beypazarı'ndan toplanan ve GAZI, HUB, AEF ve ANK herbaryumlarındaki örneklerin incelenmesi ile tespit edilmiştir. Türe ait 20 örnek incelenmiştir. Anatomik özellikleri gövde, yaprak ve yaprak sapından alınan ve Safranin- Fastgreen ikili boyama tekniği ile boyanan preparatlarda incelenmiştir. Yine ışık ve SEM ile yapılan çalışma ile palinolojik özellikleri ortaya konmuştur. Thesis ) Handan KAŞIKÇI ( ALTINCI ) GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY February 2002 ABSTRACT The morphological characteristics of S. wiedemannii have been determined by studying the samples which collected from Beypazarı and in herbaria of GAZI, HUB, ANK, AEF. Twenty samples of the species have been examined. The anatomical characters have been studied in the preparations which were obtained from stem, leaves and peduncule sections which were stained with Safranin - Fast green dauble stains. In addition, by studying with light and SEM microscope palynological characters have been revealed.
