Abstract

BAZI NAFTİLSELENOGLİKOLİK ASİT TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ (Yüksek Lisans Text) Seıkan YAVUZ GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ ARALIK 2003 ÖZET Bu çalışmada, selenyumun bazı organik bileşikleri (sübstitfie naftilselenoglikolik asit türevleri ve l-selena-siklopenta[a}naftalin-3»on türevleri ) sentezlendi Oluşan bileşiklerin yapıları spektroskopik yöntemlerle aydınlatıldı. Naftilselenoglikolik asitler, iki ayrı yöntemle sentezlendi ve bu yöntemler karşılaştırıldı. Birinci yöntemde grignard reaktiflerinden, ikinci yöntemde ise diazonyum tuzlan üzerinden sentezler yapıldı. 11 THE SYNTHESIS OF SOME NAPHTHYLSELENOGLYCOLLIC ACID DERTVATES (M.Sc Thesis) Serhan YAVUZ GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AN» TECHNOLOGY DECEMBER 2003 ABSTRACT In this study, some of the selenium compounds, (suhstitue naphtylselenoglyeoIHc acid derivate, and l-sefenocyclopenta[a]naphtbah/n-3~on derivate) were synthesized. The structure of the produced compounds are investigated by the spectroscopic methods. Naphtykelenogh/cofie acids were synthesized by two different methods and these methods were compared. In the first method, the synthesis were made with using grignard reactives. In the latter, the synthesis were made with diazonium salt Then, it was synthesized the derivates of 1- sefenocyctopenta[alnaphtahanne~3-<on using previous synthesized naphtylseleno^ycoffic acids by ring closure method.
