Abstract

RAYLI SİSTEMLERİN DÜNYA VE TÜRKİYE ÖRNEKLERİNİN KIYASLANMASI ( Yüksek Lisans Tezi ) Kerim ESAT GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Mayıs 2003 ÖZET Ülkemizde son yıllarda kentiçi ulaşımına çözüm getirmek amacıyla raylı sistem projeleri geliştirilip, uygulanmaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmada kentiçi raylı sistemlerden en yaygını olan Hafif Metro tasarımı, işletmesi ve maliyetleri incelenmiş ve kentiçi ulaşım problemlerini çözmek amacı ile raylı sistemlerin geliştirilme zorunlulukları ile birlikte uygulanması gereken tasarım ve planlama ilkelerinden bahsedilmiştir. Ülkemiz ve Dünya metroları örnekler ile incelenmiştir. Sonuçta Raylı sistemlerin Ülkemiz ve Dünyadaki örnekleri kıyaslanmış, sistemlerin avantaj ve dezavantajları ile birlikte istanbul metrosu ile ilgili eleştirilere değinilmiş, Öneriler getirilmiştir. 11 THE COMPARISON OF THE TURKISH AND FOREIGN RAIL SYSTEMS ( M.Sc. Thesis ) Kerim ESAT GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND THECNOLOGY May 2003 ABSTRACT In our Country, the railed system project has been devopoled and put in action in order to get the solution for urban transportation in the recent years. In this study, the design, planning, operating and price analyse of Light Rail Transit subway as one of the most widespread system has been introduced. It has been mentioned the necessity of developing railed systems to solve the urban transportation with the principles of designing and planning which should be aplicaple. Finally the local and foreign rail systems are compaired according to the given examples. Also advantages and disadvantages of Light Rail Transit systems and the criticism on istanbul subway has been stated and presented some proposals.
