Abstract

iPANEL MOBİLYADA ÜRETİM PLANLAMA MODELLEMESİ(Yüksek Lisans Tezi)Sadık YAŞARGAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİFEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜAralık 2005ÖZETBu çalışmada panel mobilya üretiminde, üretim planlamaeksikliklerinde kaynaklanan sorunlar tespit edilmeye ve bu problemlereçözüm önerileri getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla 30 soruluk biranket hazırlanmış ve panel mobilya üretimi yapan işletmeleruygulanmıştır. Anket sonuçları sonunda, üretim planlama sistemininyeterince bilinmediği ve üretim planlama sistemini uygulayanişletmelerin bunu yeterli düzeyde yapmadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Anketsonuçları doğrultusunda, büyük ölçekli bir işletmede üretim planlamauygulaması yapılmıştır. Bu araştırma uygulamasında, üretim planlamasistemi için gerekli alt planlama düzeyleri olan; süreç planlaması,kapasite planlaması ve stok planlaması uygulamaları yapılmıştır.Buradan elde edilen veriler göre, işletmenin aylık ve yıllık üretimprogramları hazırlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak araştırma uygulaması yapılanişletmede üretim planlama sisteminin uygulandığı ve bunun sonucuolarak işletmenin yönetim, planlama ve kontrol faaliyetlerinin dahasistemli hale geldiği görülmüştür. Araştırma uygulamasının başladığıtarihte 200 mobilya takımı üretebilen işletmede, uygulamanın 18.ayında 230 mobilya takımı üretilmiştir. Bu durum, üretim planlamasisteminin %15'lik bir artış sağladığı ve sonuçlarının kısa zamandaalınamadığı, uzun ve sürekli bir süreç olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıcaüretim planlama sisteminin; küçük ölçekli işletmelerde ek maliyetleriioluşturduğundan olumlu sonuç vermediği tespit edilmiştir. In order to accomplish this aquestionnaire with 30 questions has been prepared and applied toenterprises that manufacture panel furniture. The results of thequestionnaire have shown that the manufacture planning system is notknown well enough and the firms that apply this system aren?taccomplishing this at the required level. A manufacturing planning hasbeen modeled at alarge-scale enterprise in accordance with the resultsof the questionnaire. The sub-planning levels, manufacture planning,capacity planning and stock planning, required for the manufacturingplanning system has been realized while conducting this research. Theannual and monthly manufacturing programs for the company hasbeen prepared, based on the data gathered. As a result it has beenclearly seen that the administrative, planning and control activities forthe companies that a research has been conducted have become moresystematic. While a company was able to manufacture 200 furnituresets when the research started, at the end of the 18th month of theapplication this production has raised to 230 furniture sets a month.This shows us that the manufacturing planning system brings a 15 %manufacturing raise but also that the results are not gained in a shortviduration and that it is a long and unceasing process. Also it has beendetermined that the manufacturing planning system doesn?t result wellat small-scale companies due to the additional costs it brings.
