Tıp Fakültesi hastanelerinin erişebilirlik, kullanışlılık ve kullanıcı memnuniyeti kapsamında değerlendirilmesine yönelik bir yöntem önerisi

Abstract

Tıp bilimi ve tıbbi teknolojideki gelişmeler, hastanelerin mimari tasarım sürecini ve mekansal yapısını etkilemektedir. Buna bağlı olarak hastanelerde mekan örgütlenmesi değişmektedir. Dolayısıyla, tıp fakültesi hastanelerini değişime zorlayan etkenlerin saptanması, araştırılması ve değerlendirilmesine gereksinim vardır. Tıp fakültesi hastaneleri gibi büyük, sık tekrar eden ve uzun süre hizmet sunmak üzere tasarlanmış olan yapılarda işlevsel, davranışsal, teknolojik ve ekonomik performansların değerlendirilmesi zaman, işgücü ve maddi kaynak açısından yarar sağlayabilir.Bu bağlamda, tez çalışmasının amacı çerçevesinde yapılan araştırmalarla tıp fakültesi hastanelerinin erişebilirlik, kullanışlılık ve kullanıcı memnuniyeti kapsamında değerlendirilmesine yönelik bir yöntem önerilmiştir. Önerilen yöntem, kullanım evresinde radyolojik tanı birimi örneği ile somutlaştırılmıştır.

Developments of medical science and medical technology affect the spatial structure and the architectural design process of hospitals. Thus, space organization changes in hospitals. Therefore, it is required to determine, research and assess the factors which impose exchange in the hospitals of Medicine Faculty. The evaluation of the functional, behavioural, technological and economic performances of the big, periodically repeating buildings, which are designed for serving in a long time period such as hospitals of Medicine Faculty, assists in time, working force and physical resource.In that context, a method for assessment of the hospitals of Medicine Faculty within the context of accessibility, usability, and user satisfactory was proposed within the framework of goal of the thesis. The proposed method was concretized by the example of radiological diagnosis unit in the usage stage.
