Talaşlı imalatta malzeme ve proses seçim stratejileri

Abstract

Malzeme seçimi, tasarımda en önemli ve vazgeçilmez unsurlardan biridir. Uygulamada ihtiyaca cevap verebilecek en uygun malzemenin seçimi oldukça güçtür. Malzemelerin çok çeşitli yapı ve özelliklere sahip olması, tasarımcıyı malzeme seçiminde daha dikkatli ve bilinçli olmaya itmektedir. Dolayısıyla bunun sağlanması için malzemeler hakkında ve malzeme seçimi konusunda belli bir bilgi düzeyine sahip olunması gerekir. Malzemeler hakkında yeterli bilgilerin toplanabilmesi çok geniş kapsamlı kaynaklara bağlıdır. Kullanım yerleri dikkate alındığında hangi malzemenin en uygun olduğu ve malzeme seçiminde hangi yöntemin tercih edileceğinin oldukça önemli olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu yüzden bu çalışmada tasarımda ihtiyaç duyulan malzemenin internet ortamında ?PHP? programlama dili ve ?MYSQL? veritabanı yardımıyla girilen verilere göre en uygun şekilde seçilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Uygun malzeme seçimi hem maddi açıdan kazanç hem de zaman ve iş gücü kaybını önleyebilecek bir çözümdür. Bilgisayar ortamında uygun programlama dili yardımıyla yazılmış programlar kullanılarak, isteklere uygun, ideal ve alternatif çözümler ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Her alanda malzeme üreticisi ve tüketicisi arasında sorunları en aza indirmeyi hedefleyen bu çalışma yeni veri girişlerinin yapılmasına da imkan sağlamaktadır.

Materials selection is the most important and indispensable element in design. In practice, the need to respond to the most appropriate choice of material is quite difficult. To have a very different structure and properties of material, it is forcing the designer in selecting the material to be more careful and conscious. Therefore, to ensure that, we should have a certian level of knowledge about material and materials selection. Collecting sufficient information about a wide range of materials can depend on the extensive resources. Given the locations of using areas which material is best and which method is the preferred choice of materials is arising a very important factor. Therefore, in this study, the needed materials in desing, entering data with the help of ?PHP? programming language and ?MYSQL? database over internet media, for selecting the most appropriate way is aimed. Appropriate material selection is also a financially gain and as well as a solution to prevent loss time and labor earnings. By using computer programs written with the help of the appropriate programming language, comply with the request, ideal and alternative solutions may occur. This study aims to minimize issues between the material producer and consumer in all areas, and as well as provides the opportunity provides the opportunity to make new data entries.
