1-Benzotiyazol-2-il-4-(o-, m-, p-sübstitüe fenilazo)-1H-pirazol-3,5-diamin azo boyarmaddelerinin sentezi, karakterizasyonu ve UV-GB spektrofotometresindeki davranışlarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ilk olarak 2-hidrazinobenzotiyazol sentezlendi. Daha sonra çeşitli anilin türevlerinin diazonyum tuzları hazırlandı ve malononitril ile kenetlenerek 2-(sübstitüe fenilazo)malononitriller elde edildi. Elde edilen 2-(sübstitüe fenilazo)malononitrillerin, 2-hidrazinobenzotiyazoller ile halka kapanması yapılarak 1-Benzotiyazol-2-il-4-(sübstitüefenilazo)-1H-pirazol-3,5-diaminler elde edildi. Bileşiklerin yapıları FT-IR, 1H-NMR, COSY, LC-MS spektrumları ve element analizleri yardımıyla aydınlatıldı. Ayrıca UV-GB spektroskopisi yardımıyla, absorpsiyon spektrumları üzerine çözücü, derişim ve asit-bazın etkisi incelendi.

In this work firstly 2-hydrazinobenzothiazole were synthesized. Than the diazonium salts of various aniline derivatives were prepared and than 2-(substitutedphenylazo)malononitriles were synthesized by the coupling reaction of the diazonium salts with malononitrile. 1-benzothiazol-2-yl-4-(substitute phenylazo)-1H-pyrazol-3,5-diamines were prepared by the ring closure with 2-hydrazinobenzothiazole.The structures of the products synthesized were elucidated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, COSY, LC-MS spectra and microanalysis. Also, the behavior of the compounds with the solvent, concentration and acid-base was investigated with the use of UV-visible spectroscopy.
