Mayın tarama ve çıkartma makinası tasarımı

Abstract

Ülkemizde ve dünyada çeşitli sebeplerle oluşturulmuş birçok mayınlı arazi bulunmaktadır. Her yıl çok sayıda ölüm ve yaralanmalara sebep olan bu mayınlı arazilerin temizlenmesi gerekmektedir. Mayınlı arazilerin temizlenmesinde mümkünse mayının patlatılmadan çıkartılması önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışma ile söz konusu amacı gerçekleştirecek bir makine tasarımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Makine beş ana fonksiyona sahiptir. Bunlar mayının yerini tespit eden dedektör; mayının çevresini kazıyan ve mayını çıkartan ataşmanlar, mayını taşıma bölümüne yerleştiren sistem ve dedektörün algılayamadığı bir mayın varsa, makinanın zarar görmemesi için patlatan bölümdür. Makinanın kazıma ve çıkartma ataşmanları mayını patlatmadan çıkartmak için geliştirilmiştir. Prizmatik ve silindirik mayınların çıkartılması için uygundur. Mayınlar patlatılmadan çıkartıldığı sürece, temizlenen arazide organik tarım yapılabilir. Makine PLC kontrolü ile aralıksız bir şekilde çalışabilecektir. Bu makinanın tasarımı kısa sürede önemli miktarda mayını temizlemek için uygundur.

In both our country and the world, there are plenty of mine fields formed due to various reasons. These mine fields should be cleared since they cause many deaths and injuries each year. In the event of cleansing the mine fields, it is pretty significant that, if possible, the mine should be taken out without leading it to explode.Thus, by means of this work, a machine design has been created in order to realize the aim mentioned above. The machine has five functions. These are the detector stating where the mine is, the equipment which digs the place surrounding the mine and takes it out, the system localized into the part of mine carriage and the unit exploding the mine as not to do harm to the machine if there is one which cannot be identified by the detector. The equipment used for digging and taking out has been developed in order to remove the mine without explosion and it is suitable for prismatic and cylinder mines. As long as the mines are removed without exploding, the organic farming is possible in the cleared area. The machine will be able to work permanently by PLC control . This machine design is apt to clear a good many of mines in a short time.
