İçme sularında bisfenol-a araştırması: Ankara örneği

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması, temel olarak pet şişelerin üretiminde kullanılan polikarbonat plastikte bir monomer olan bisfenol-A (BFA) maddesinin içme sularındaki miktarlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda pilot bölge olarak Ankara il merkezi seçilmiştir. İçme suyu örnekleri piyasada ticari olarak satılan pet şişe ve damacana suları ile Ankara'nın çeşitli ilçelerinin şehir şebeke sularından alınmıştır. Farklı markalardaki 13 adet pet şişe numunesi 3 aylık bir sürede ortalama 30 oC' da bekletilerek BFA miktarının zaman ve sıcaklıkla değişimi incelenmiştir. BFA analizlerinin yapımında tandem MS (LC MS/MS) analitik yöntemi kullanılmıştır.

This study was conducted basically in order to determine the amount of Bisphenol-A (BFA) compound –a monomer in polycarbonate plastics used in the production of PET bottles– in drinking water. In line with the purpose thereof, Ankara city center was selected as a pilot region. Drinking water samples were collected from commercially sold PET bottles and demijohn bottles in the market and municipal water supplies of various districts of the city. 13 PET bottle samples of different brand names were kept at an average of 30°C for a period of three months to examine the change in BFA amount by time and temperature. Tandem MS (LS MS/MS) analytical method was used in the making of BFA analyses.
