Ofis yapılarının, tasarım kriterleri ve mekânsal oluşumlar üzerinden incelenmesi: Ankara ili Eskişehir yolu örneği

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması kapsamında ofis yapılarının geçmişten bugüne gelişimleri, bu değişim ve dönüşümün Ankara İli Çankaya İlçesi'ne bağlı Eskişehir Yolu üzerindeki ofis yapılarına etkileri tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın gerçekleştirilmesi için öncelikli olarak ofis yapılarının Dünya ve Türkiye üzerindeki tarihsel gelişimi incelenmiştir. Bu incelemedeki amaç, incelenecek ofis yapılarının, tarihsel gelişim ve değişim ile arasındaki paralelliklerin veya zıtlıkların tespit edilmesidir. Ardından ofis yapılarının tasarımlarını etkileyen faktörler ve bu faktörlerin plan tipolojisine, cephelere ve strüktür sistemlerine yansımaları incelenmiştir. Alan çalışmasında ise tespit edilen ve doğru verilere ulaşılabilen ofis yapılarının, tasarımlarını etkileyen kriterler ve bu kriterler doğrultusunda nasıl biçimlendikleri, bu biçimlenişte yapılar arasındaki benzerlikler ve ayrılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma yapılırken 5 adet kamu yapısı, 5 adet özel ofis yapısı seçilmiştir. Hem kamu hem de özel ofis yapısının seçilmiş olmasının sebebi aynı ve farklı tip yapılar arasındaki benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları incelemektir. Yapılar ise ön bölümlerde verilen başlıklar kapsamında oluşturulan tablolar aracılığı ile incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme 2000'li yıllardan bu yana hala gelişmeye devam etmekte olan, kamu ve özel ofis yapılarının yaygın görüldüğü, Ankara Eskişehir Yolu üzerinde yer alan yapılar ile ilgili genel bir yargı oluşturmaktadır.

Within the context of this thesis, the changes of office buildings were researched from past to present and were determined the effects of the research's results on the Eskişehir Road. First of all, the historical development of office buildings in the World and Turkey was researched for performing this study. The aim of this research is to idenfiy the parallelism and the diffirences between the historical development, changes and the office buildings, studied in this thesis. After this factors, influencing the design of office buildings and the effects of this factors on plan typologies, facades and structures were determined.In the research section, these were determined that the criterions affecting office design and how they are formed in accordance with these criteria, the similarities and differences between these buildings formation. In this study, 5 units of public buildings, 5 private office buildings were selected. The reason of selection of the public and private office buildings is to examine the similarities and differences between both the same and different types of buidings. The buildings were examined by means of tables as part of creating titles, examined in the preliminary sections. This Thesis establishes a general judgment about the office buildings on Eskişehir Road, which still continues to evolve since the 2000's and shown widespread public and private office buildings.
