Çorum İli Satıcı Konağı restorasyon önerisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Çorum il merkezinde yer alan geleneksel Türk konutu örneklerinden Satıcı Konağı'nın restorasyon önerisini konu etmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, yapının korunarak gelecek nesillere aktarılabilmesi için mevcut durumunun saptanması ve restorasyon imkanlarının incelenerek uygun işlevin ve fiziksel müdahalelerin araştırılarak, bilimsel restorasyon kriterlerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışma kapsamında, Çorum İli, Satıcı Konağının yakın çevresi ve konağın günümüzdeki durumu incelenmiş; problemleri belirlenmiş, karşılaştırmalı çalışma ve tarihi araştırmalar ile konağın özgün durumu araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilerek konağın restitüsyonu ve restorasyon önerilerinin hazırlanması için kriterler belirlenmiştir. Uygulamaya geçiş aşamasında belirlenen kriterlerin yeni işlev ile birlikte değerlendirildiği bir restorasyon projesi önerilmiştir.

This thesis is about Satıcı Residence, one of the traditional Turkish houses, which is located on the centre of the city of Çorum. The aim of the study is to determine the current state of building for transferring it to the future generations and seek suitable function and by considering restoration possibilities. In the content the study, the city of Çorum, near surroinding of Satıcı Residence were observed and authenticity of Satıcı Residence was examined by comparing researches and investigating historical studies. The criteria for prepearing restoration and revitalization has been evaluated together with the criteria established on the application process was suggested.
