dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, azo grubu içeren diaminlerin 5-bromosalisilaldehit ve 5-Nitro-2-furaldehitile tepkimesiyle heteroaromatik Schiff bazları; 3-Amino-5-(5-bromosalisilaldimin)-4-(3-nitro-fenilazo)-1H-pirazol (NB), 3-Amino-5-(5-bromosalisilaldimin)-4-(3-bromo-fenilazo)-1H-pirazol (BB), 3-Amino-5-(5-nitro-2-furaldimin)-4-(3-nitro-fenilazo)-1H-pirazol (NN), 3-Amino-5-(5-nitro-2-furaldimin)-4-(3-bromo-fenilazo)-1H-pirazol (BN) vebunların Cu(II) kompleksleri sentezlenmiştir. Schiff bazlarının yapısı elementel analiz, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 13C-APT NMR, IR ve UV-vis ile karakterize edilmiştir. Cu(II)komplekslerinin yapısı ise spektroskopik yöntemlerin (LC/MS, IR ve UV-vis) yanı sıratermal çalışmalar (TGA/DTA eğrisi), molar iletkenlik ve manyetik duyarlık ölçümleri ileaydınlatılmıştır. Cu(II) komplekslerinin MCF-7 (insan meme kanseri), LS174T (insankolon kanseri) ve LNCAP (insan prostat kanseri) hücreleri üzerine antikanser aktiviteleriMTT test yöntemi ile in vitro olarak belirlenmiştir. NBCu kompleksi 10 M dozda MCF-7ve LS174T kanser hücrelerine karşı anlamlı hücre azalmaları göstermiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, heteroaromatic Schiff bases; 3-Amino-5-(5-bromosalicylaldimine)-4-(3-nitro-phenylazo)-1H-pyrazole (NB), 3-Amino-5-(5-nitro-2-furaldimine)-4-(3-nitro-phenylazo)-1H-pyrazole (BB), 3-Amino-5-(5-bromosalicylaldimine)-4-(3-bromo-phenylazo)-1H-pyrazole (NN), 3-Amino-5-(5-nitro-2-furaldimine)-4-(3-bromo-phenylazo)-1H-pyrazole (BN) and their Cu(II) complexes were synthesized by the reactionof diamines containing azo group with 5-Bromosalicylaldehyde and 5-Nitro-2-furaldehyde.The structures of Schiff bases were characterized by using elemental analysis, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, 13C-APT NMR, IR and UV-vis. Cu(II) complexes were characterized byspectroscopic methods (LC/MS, IR and UV-vis) as well as thermal studies (TGA/DTA),molar conductivities and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The anticancer activitiesof Cu(II) complexes were determined on MCF-7 (human adenocarinoma), LS174T (humancolon carcinoma) and LNCAP (human prostate adenocarinoma) cells by using MTT assaymethod in vitro. NBCu complex at 10 M dose shows significant reduction in cell viabilityagainst MCF-7 and LS174T cancer cells.en_US
