Abstract
Bu çalışma, üniversite öğrencilerinin akademik erteleme davranışlarını; depresyon, anksiyete, stres açısından açıklanabilirliğini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu Konya ilinde Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Ahmet Keleşoğlu Eğitim Fakültesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık, Zihinsel Engelliler Öğretmenliği, Okul Öncesi Öğretmenliği ve İlköğretim Matematik Öğretmenliği bölümlerinden tesadüfi yöntemle seçilen 570 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma grubunda 441 kız öğrenci ve 129 erkek öğrenci bulunmaktadır. Araştırmada; öğrencilerin akademik erteleme düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla Çakıcı (2003) tarafından geliştirilen This study was conducted to examine explainability of academic procrastination behaviors of undergraduates in terms of depression, anxiety, and stress. Research group consists of 570 students who were determined with random method from psychological counseling and guidance, Mentally Handicapped Teaching, Preschool Teaching and Elementary Mathematics Teaching, Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Education, Necmettin Erbakan University, Konya. There are 441 female students and 129 male students in research group. In study, ?Academic Procrastination Behaviors Scale? developed by Çakıcı (2003) was used to determine academic procrastination behaviors of students, Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale developed by Lovibond and Lovibond (1995) and adapted into Turkish by Akın and Çetin (2007) to measure the level of depression, stress and anxiety, and also the Personal Information Form prepared by researcher was . Statistical analyses were made after the collection of research data. t test and one-way analysis of variance test was used in study depending on study. In results obtained as a result of variance analysis, data were analyzed by using LSD test to determine source of differentiation.In study, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between academic procrastination behavior and depression, stress and anxiety. Obtained data were discussed together with studies performed and suggestions were made.Key Words: Procrastination Behavior, Academic Procrastination Behavior, Depression, Anxiety, Stress.
