Corydalis medik cinsi polen morfolojisi ve bazı Corydalis türleri üzerine anatomik araştırmalar

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren Corydalis Medik {Papaveraceae) cinsine ait 11 taksonun polen morfolojisi ile bu cinse ait 2 taksonun anatomik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Palinolojik özellikler, taze materyallerden daimi preparatlar hazırlanarak incelenmiştir (Wodehouse metodu). Anatomik özelliklerin belirlenmesi için materyal %70'lik alkol içinde tespit edilmiştir. Materyallerden kesitler elle alınarak incelenmiştir. Kesitlerin daha ayrıntılı gözlenmesi için materyale Sartur Reaktifı tatbik edilmiştir. İnceleme materyallerimizde palinolojik özellikler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Polenlerin şekilleri tüm taksonlarda hemen hemen birbirine benzerlik göstermektedir. Polen tipi pericolpatae, polen şekli prolatae spheroidaldir. Sadece C. angustifolia'mn polen şekli oblatae spheroidaldir. Colpus uzunlukları ve genişlikleri tüm taksonlarda farklılık göstermektedir. Polen yapısı tektatae, ektexin ve endexin tüm taksonlarda belirgin değildir. Oraemantasyon scabratae, sadece C. rutifolia subsp. kurdica'da. ornemantasyon rugulatae - scabratae'dir. İki taksonun anatomik özellikleri incelenmiş ve otsu gövdelerinin öz bölgeleri uzunlamasına oluklu bir yapı gösteren kanal şeklini almıştır. İncelenen taksonlann gövdelerinde farklı sayıda iletim demetinin varlığı göze çarpmaktadır. Gövdede, floem ile ksilemin birleşme noktalarının incelenmesi sonucunda her iki taksonda da kambiyuma rastlanılmamıştır. İnceleme materyallerimizde, kök öz bölgesi ksilem elemanları (metaksilem) ile kaplıdır. Yaprak amfistomatik, mezofıl izolateraldir. Tüm bu özelliklerin belirlenmesi ile, Corydalis cinsinin ileride yapılması amaçlanan revizyon çalışmalarına katkıda bulunacağı kanaatindeyiz. ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Corydalis, Polen morfolojisi, Anatomi

IV ABSTRACT In this study, deals with pollen morphology of 11 taxon bolonging to Corydalis species common in Turkey and anatomical properties of 2 taxa belonging to the same species. Palynologic properties have been investigated from fresh material by preparing permanent slides (Wodehouse method). To determine the anatomical properties, the material was fixed in % 70 percent alcohol. Sections from the material have been investigated. For a detailed observation of the sections Sartur Reactive was applied to the material. In the investigation material we have tried to determine the palinologic structure. In all taxa pollen forms share a strong likeness. The pollen type is pericolpatae, the pollen shape is prolata - spheroidal. The lengths and widths of colpus display varieties in all the taxons. Pollen structure is tectatae, extexin and endexin are not market in all the taxa. Ornemantation is scabratae, but only ornemantation is rugulatae - scabratae to C. rutifolia subsp. kurdica. The anatomical properties of two taxa heve been investigated and the stem is empty pith. Vasculer bundle in different numbers drew our attention in the stems of investigated taxa. The investigation of the joint point of phloem with xylem in the stem reveded no cambium in either taxa. İn our investigation material the pith of the root is covered with metaxylem. The leaf is ampphistomatic, mesophyll is isolateral. The determination of all the properties mentioned above will contribute to fiirter revision investigation of Corydalis genus.
