Abstract
ÖZETHalojenli fenoller baslica kirleticiler arasinda yer almaktadir. Bu nedenle bu tip maddelerinözellikle içme sularindaki tayinleri önem kazanmaktadir ve bu amaçla bir çok analitik metotgelistirilmektedir. Bu çalismanin amaci 3-bromofenol, 3-klorofenol, 4- florofenol, 4-klorofenol ve 4- iyodofenol gibi halojenli bilesiklerin ayrilmasi için metot gelistirmek vebuinlarin bulundugu bir matrikste bu maddeleri tayin etmektir. Halojenli fenollerin ayrilmasiiçin uygulanan HPLC tekniklerinde, mobil fazin pH'si ve sicaklik önemli parametrelerdir. Buçalismada halojenli fenollerin ayirma islemlerinde en uygun mobil faz bulunmus ve ortampH'si fosforik asit ile 4,552' ye ayarlanmistir. Ve sicaklik çalismalarindan da ayirma için enuygun sicaklik 25o C olarak bulunmustur.ANAHTAR KELIMELER: Halojenli fenoller, HPLC, ayirma, kromatogram ABSTRACTHalogenated phenols are priority pollutants. Their determination in drinking waters is,therefore, of great importance and many analytical methods have been developed.Chromatographic methods are suitable for the selective determination of individual phenoliccompounds. It was aim of this study to develop a method for separating halogenated phenolssuch as 3-bromophenol, 3-chlorophenol, 4-fluorophenol, 4-chlorophenol, and 4- iodophenol incomplex matrices that both sensitive and selective. At the application of HPLC technique inthe separation of halogenated phenols, pH of the mobile phase and heat are crucialparameters. The most suitable mobile phase at the separation of halogenated phenols that arestudied is water that its pH was adjusted 4.552 values with phosphoric acid, and, optimumheat is 25o C.Key words: Halogenated phenols, HPLC, separation, chromatogram
