ÖZET GAS LASER KAVÎTESİNÎN, FABRY-PEROT 1NTERFEROMETRES1 REFERANS OLARAK KULLANILARAK, STABÎLİZASYONU VE PÎEZO ELEKTRİK MALZEMESİNİN (PZT-4) KARAKTERİSTİ?İNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI İbrahim, BASSAM Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Fizik Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi : Doç. Dr. Ramazan AYDIN Eylül 1987, 54 Sahife Laser spectroskopisi ve uygulalamalarmda kullanıl mak amacıyla bir gas laser kavitesinin stabilizasyonu incelendi. Bu çalışmada Michelson interferometresi, elektronik kontrol sistemi ve piezo-elektrik malzemeler yardımıyla stabil bir kavite elde edildi. In this work a stable cavity has been achieved using Michelson interferometer, electronic control system and piezoelectric materials.
