Abstract

ABSTRACT COMPUTER AIDED DIMENSIONING AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF LARGE-PANEL PREFABRICATED STRUCTURES KUBIN, Danyal MS. in Building Science Supervisor: Instructor Ugur G. YALCINER February 1988 The major aim of this study is to develop a computer program for facilitating the dimensioning and architectural design stages of Large-Panel Prefabricated Structures. In the thesis, a detailed definition of the Large-Panel Building System (LPBS) is provided. The structural components of a typical Large-Panel Building System are analyzed and the data structure related with the modelling of such structures is created and a computer program is developed.
