Abstract

' o Tarihi çevrelerin karşılaştığı sorunlar ve tarihi çevrelerin kent içinde artan önemleriyle birlikte, koruma ve sağlıklaştırma çalışmalarının zorunluluğu ilk bölümü oluşturur. o İkinci bölümde, Bursa kentinin tarihi gelişimi ve planlama dönemlerinin kent yapısını ve tarihi dokuyu etkileme boyutları araştırılır. o Üçüncü bölümde, genelde külliyelerin kuruluşları, gelişimleri ve kentler açısından kullanım potansiyel ve sorunları irdelenir. o Bursa külliyeleri ve çevrelerinin son yüzyıl içerisindeki dönüşümleri, bu dönüşümlerin yönü dördüncü bölümün konusudur.- iv - Bu bolümde külliyelerin yakın çevre bağlantıları, sorun ve potansiyelleri ortaya konulur. o Külliyelere yaklaşım politikamız ve bu doğrultuda ilke ve kararların oluşturulması, önerilerin geliştirilmesi, ekonomik ve yönetsel organizasyonlar son bölümün konularıdır. Bu çalışma temelinde, külliyelerin daha kapsamlı olarak ele alınması ve uzun dönemli çalışma programlarıyla somut yaklaşımların oluşturulması bu çerçevenin temennisi olmaktadır. Emre MADRAN October, 1988 181 pages The present thesis is a study consisting the three complexes which belong to early Ottoman period, having important aids in the development of the city of Bursa. o The problems of the historical sites and the ever increasing importance of the historical sites within the cities, together with the obligation of the studies due to conservation and rehabilitation cover the first chapter. o The second chapter searches for the historical development of the city of Bursa and influencial aspects of the planning periods on the city structure and historical pattern. 0 The third chapter deals with the establishments and developments of the complexes in general and utilization potential and problems of them from the cities stant point.- İİ - o The fourth chapter outlines the transformation of the Bursa complexes and their environments in the last century and the direction of these transformation. In this chapter the immediate relations, problems and potentialities of the complexes are given. o The approaching policy to the complexes and formation of the principles and decision in this direction, development of the proposal, economical and adminis tractive organization are the subjects of the last chapter. This study at the basis happens to be a desire for the framework in which the complexes will be taken into consideration more comprehensively and study programs in run with concrete approaching will be formed.
