Hastane bilgi yönetim sistemi (HBYS)`nin Isparta`da bulunan sağlık kuruluşları üzerindeki etkililiğinin araştırılması

Abstract

Sağlık alanında bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımı mevcut sorunların çözümüne katkı sağladığı gibi, sağlık alanında bilişimden yeterince yararlanılmaması ise yeni sorunları beraberinde getirmektedir.Sağlık hizmeti almak üzere başvuran bir hastanın önceki başvurularından elde edilen tüm bilgiler (tetkik, ilaç kullanımı, yan etkiler, geçirdiği müdaheleler ve konulan tanılar) o anki sağlık probleminin değerlendirilmesinde de büyük önem taşır. Bu bilgiler aynı zamanda o an sunulacak hizmetlerin maliyetlerinin de düşmesini sağlayabilir. Bu bağlamda tüm bu bilgilerin en kısa zamanda doğru ve tasnif edilmiş olarak gereksinim duyan sağlık personeline sunulması gereklidir. Bunu sağlayabilmek için, hastanelerde tam otomasyon bilgi yönetim sistemi kavramı gündeme gelmektedir. Bu araştırma Isparta'daki yataklı hastanelerde bilgisayar teknolojisini öncelikle yazılım sonra donanım olarak analiz etmek ve bu konuda tamamlayıcı bir durum tespiti yapabilmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde bilgi, bilgi toplumu, bilgi yönetimi ve yönetim bilgi sistemi hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. İkinci bölümde; sağlık ve tıp bilişimi üzerinde durulmakta, üçüncü bölümde Hastane Bilgi Yönetim Sistem (HBYS)'lerine değinilmekte, dördüncü bölümde ise Hastane Bilgi Yönetim Sistem (HBYS)'lerinin Isparta'daki sağlık kuruluşları üzerindeki etkililiği ele alınmaktadır.

While use of information Technologies in health sector makes contrubition to solution of the current problem, their under utilization in health sector brings about new problems.All of the past information about the health status of customer (laboratory values, previous drug use, previous side effects of the used drugs, previous procedures, and previous diagnoses) who seek healthcare service is important in evaluation of the current health status of the same customer. This past medical history about a customer may also decrease the expense of the healthcare service offered. In this context, all of the needed information should be offered to the healthcare provider quickly in a correct and classified manner. In order to provide this service, the use of fully integrated informational management system in hospitals comes into our schedule. This study was conducted to indentify the condition and to analyze the computer technology hardware and software utilized in the hospitals of Isparta.First part of in this study, information, information society, information management, management administration were discosed, in the second part, empahizes health and medicine doctor processing, in the third part, hospital information administration system, has been mentioned, in the last part, hospital information administration systems, effects on teh health organizations of Isparta was analyzed.
