Yeniden yüzlendirmenin Türkiye`de kullanımı ve etik boyutu

Abstract

Adli tıpta kimlik belirleme en önemli konulardan biridir. Kimliklendirme çalışmaları hem hukuksal hem de manevi açıdan önemlidir. Türkiye'de yaşayan bireyler kültürel olarak ölen yakınlarının yerinin belli olması isterler. Ceset üzerinde yapılan kimliklendirme çalışmalarının farklı yöntemleri mevcuttur. Adli Bilimlerdeki kimliklendirme yöntemlerinden delil niteliği taşıyan her bir yöntem vurgulanmıştır. Bu çalışma Adli Antropoloji kapsamında yürütülen Yeniden Yüzlendirme çalışmalarının Türkiye ve Dünya'da kullanılan önemli metotlarının bir arada toplayarak tek bir kaynak olması amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma, literatür taraması olarak aktarılmıştır. Yeniden yüzlendirme metotlarının dünyada kabul gören; İki Boyutlu Yeniden Yüzlendirme, Amerikan metodu, Rus metodu, İstanbul Metodu, Manchester metodu ve günümüzde bilgisayarların kullanım alanlarının çoğalmasıyla Bilgisayarla Yeniden Yüzlendirme Metotları derinlemesine incelenmiştir.Antropoloji disiplini yaptığı işin doğası nedeniyle bütün alt dallarında etik kavramını her safhasında sorgulayan bir disiplindir. Etiğin alt başlıkları kapsamlı şekilde incelenmiş, Türkiye'de antropolojide etik kavramının sorgulanmasına neden olan Türkiye'nin en büyük antropolojik anketi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Adli bilimler kapsamında, insan bedeni üzerinde çalışırken etik değerler önemlidir. Identification in forensic medicine is one of the most important issues. Identity studies are important both legally and spiritually. Culturally, individuals living in Turkey wish to be certain about the location of their deceased relavites. There are different methods of identification studies on the body. In this study, each method, which bears the quality of identification methods in forensic sciences, has been emphasized.This study has been realized in order to gather the significant methods in Facial Reconstruction studies within the context of Forensic Anthropology which are employed both in Turkey and in the world so to have a single source. This study has been narrated as a literature review. Facial Reconstruction methods that are accepted in global scale such as Two Dimensional Facial Reconstruction, American Method, Russian Method, Istanbul Method, Manchester Method and Computerized Facial Reconstruction Methods with the increase in the use of computers today has been deeply analyzed. The discipline of anthropology is a discipline that questions the concept of ethics in all its sub-branches at every stage due to the nature of its work. Sub-heading of ethics was examined in a comprehensive manner and information was given about Turkey's largest anthropological survey that raise questions of ethical issues in anthropology. In forensic sciences, ethical values are important when working on the human body.
