Mardin/Dargeçit`de kadın işgücü profili üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Kadının işgücüne ücretli olarak katılması sanayi devrimiyle gerçekleşmiştir. Gelişen sanayi, kadının ücret karşılığı emeğini satmasının yolunu açmıştır. Kadın işgücünün en sık karşılaştığı sorunlar emek yoğun işlerde düşük ücretle istihdam edilmeleri, enformel sektörde istihdam edilmeleri ve sosyal güvenceden yoksun bir şekilde çalıştırılmalarıdır. Ayrıca işverenin cinsiyet ayrımcılığı yapması önemli bir sorundur. Kadının işgücüne katılımı, ülkenin ekonomik olarak kalkınması açısından önemlidir. Fakat genel itibarı ile Türkiye'de kadınların işgücüne katılım oranları düşüktür. Kadının işgücü piyasalarında daha da aktif rol alması için gerekli olan yasal düzenleme ve eğitimin kadınlara sağlanması gerekir. Ülkenin kalkınmışlığının önemli göstergelerinden biri kadınların işgücüne katılım oranlarıdır.Bu çalışma Türkiye'de kadının işgücüne katılımı ve kadın istihdamı üzerinedir. Dört bölümden oluşan bu çalışmanın ilk bölümde genel kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçeveye açıklık getirilmiştir. Çalışmanın İkinci bölümünde kadın işgücünün tarihsel gelişimi ve kadın işgücüne yönelik yasal düzenlemeler açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise kadının işgücüne katılımını belirleyen faktörler ve Türkiye'de kadın işgücünün bölgesel dağılımı ele alınmıştır. Tez çalışmasının dördüncü bölümünde araştırma sahasının genel özelliklerine ve araştırma sahasında yapılan anket çalışması verilerinin değerlendirilerek tez çalışması sonlandırılmıştır. The participation of the woman in the labor force as a paid worker took place through the industrial revolution. The emerging industry has opened the way for women to earn their own wages. The most common problem faced by the female workforce is that they are employed in the informal sector and employed deprived of social security. In addition, gender discrimination by the employer is an important question.Women's participation in the workforce is important for the economic development of the country. But the overall rate of the female labor force participation in Turkey is lower. The legal arrangements and education required for women to take an active role in the labor market need to be provided to women. One of the important indicators of the development of the country is the participation rate of women in the workforce.This study was on women's labor force participation and employment of women in Turkey. In the first part, which consists of four chapters, general conceptual and theoretical framework is clarified. In the second part of the study, the historical development of the female workforce and the legal arrangements for the female workforce are explained. The third section determines the participation of women in the labor factor, and the regional distribution of the female labor force in Turkey. The fourth part, evaluates the general characteristics of the research field and the data of the questionnaire studies in the literature.Key Words: Female Labor Force, Employment, Labor Participation Rate, Mardin / Dargeçit.
