Türkiye`de İslamcılık ve kalkınma ilişkisi: Milli görüş hareketi

Abstract

Kalkınma düşüncesi, ilerleme, gelişme, büyüme ve modernleşmekavramlarının ideolojik düzlemde yeniden üretilmesi sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.Azgelişmiş olgusundan hareketle tanımlanan kalkınma kavramının düşünsel vetarihsel arka planı, gelişmiş ülkeler seviyesine ulaşmaktır. Azgelişmiş bir ülke olarakTürkiye'de, kalkınma tartışmaları nasıl bir kalkınma olacağı problematiği üzerindenfarklı siyasal hareketler tarafından tartışılmıştır. Siyasal bir hareket olarak ilk defaOsmanlı İmparatorluğu'nda ortaya çıkan İslamcılık, Cumhuriyet döneminden sonra1960'larda kalkınma söylemi ile farklı bir siyasal alanı oluşturmuştur. Mili GörüşHareketi olarak adlandırılan Siyasal İslamcı hareketin ideolojik çizgisini kalkınmadüşüncesi belirlemiştir. Bu bağlamda kalkınma düşüncesinin Milli Görüş Hareketiyleyakın ilişkisi vardır. Milli Görüş Hareketi, maddi kalkınma, manevi kalkınma, AdilDüzen ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma düşüncesiyle birlikte azgelişmişlik sorununa vemodernleşme hareketlerine alternatif çözüm arayışının bir ürünüdür. Buradanhareketle çalışmamızın amacı Milli Görüş Hareketi'nde kalkınma söyleminin tarihselve maddi koşullar bağlamında incelenmesidir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Kalkınma, İslamcılık, Necmettin Erbakan, Milli Görüş Hareketi,Maddi ve Manevi Kalkınma, Adil Düzen.

The idea of development emerged as a result of the reproduction of theconcepts of progress, development, growth and modernization at the ideolojicallevel. The intellectual and historical background of the concept of development,which is defined from the underdeveloped phenomenon, is to reach the level odeveloped countries. As an underdeveloped country in Turkey, the developmentdebate has been discussed by different political movements out how a developmentwould be problematic. Islamism, which emerged as a political movement in OttomanEmpire fort he first time, created a different political fiaeld with the developmentdiscourse in the 1960s after the Republican period. The ideolojical line of thepolitical Islamist movement, called the National Vision Movement, was determinedby the idea of development. In this context, development thought has a closerelationship with the National Vision Movement. The National Vision Movement isa prduct of the search for alternative solutions of the problem of underdevelopmentand modernization movements with the idea of material development, spiritualdevelopment, Fair Order and sustainable development. From this point of view, theaim of our study to examine the development discourse in the National VisionMovement in the context of historical and material conditions.Key Words: Development, Islamism, Necmettin Erbakan, National Vision Movement,Material and Spiritual Development, Fair Order.
