Kudâme ailesi ve hadis

Abstract

Hadis tarihinde bazı aileler, yetiştirdikleri muhaddis âlimlerle ön plana çıkmış ve bu alana ciddi bir katkı sağlamışlardır. Bu ailelerden birisi de Kudâme ailesidir. Önceleri Filistin'in Nablus kenti yakınlarında yer alan Cemmâil Köyü'nde ikamet eden Benî Kudâme fertleri, Hicri VI. asırda Kudüs başta olmak üzere İslâm coğrafyasını tehdit eden Haçlı seferlerinden dolayı nispeten daha güvenli bir yer olan Dımaşk'a göç etmişlerdir. Hanbelî mezhebine mensup olan bu aile, Dımaşk'a göç ettikten sonra kendileriyle özdeşleşmiş bir ilim kenti olan Salihiyye Mahallesi'ni inşâ etmiş ve Hicri VI.-IX. (XII.-XVI.) yüzyıllarda Hadis ilminde çok önemli muhaddis âlimler yetiştirmiştir. Nitekim Hadis ilmi açısından bu ailede yetişen âlimler arasında Abdulğanî el-Makdisî (ö.600/1203), İbn Kudâme el-Makdisî (ö.620/1223), Ziyauddin el-Makdisî (ö.643/1245), İbn Abdülhâdî el-Makdisî (ö.744/1343) ve İbnü'l-Mibred el-Makdisî (ö.909/1503) gibi önemli simâlar bulunmaktadır. Bu âlimler, hem şahsi meziyetleri hem de hadis ilminde ortaya koydukları eserler ile İslâm ilim geleneğinde önemli bir yer edinmiş ve Dımaşk'ta Hanbelî mezhebinin yegâne temsilcileri haline gelmişlerdir.Bu araştırma, Hadis ilmi açısından önemli bir yer edinen Kudâme ailesinin hadis kültüründeki yeri ve ailede yetişen muhaddis âlimlerin hadis/sünnet yaklaşımlarını tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle bu ailenin ilmi hayatı ele alınmış ve Salihiyye Mahallesi'nde inşâ edilen ve hadis öğrenimi açısından önemli kurumlardan olan medrese, darülhadis, dârü'l-Kuran ve camiî gibi çeşitli yapılar tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra bu ailede yetişen erkek ve hanım muhaddis âlimlerin biyografilerine, ilmi faaliyetlerine ve hadis ilmi açısından telif ettikleri eserler hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve akabinde ailedeki bazı muhaddislerin usûl eserlerinden istifade edilerek haberler ve haberlere ilişkin meselelere genişçe yer verilmiş ve bu âlimlerin hadis/sünnet yaklaşımları ortaya konulmuştur.

In the history of the hadith, some families came to the forefront with their educated hadiths scholars and made a significant contribution to this field. One of these families is Kudâme family. Previously, the people of Benî Kudâme, who lived in the village of Cemmâil, near Nablus, Palestine, migrated to Damascus, a relatively safer place, due to the Crusades in Hijri VI. century, threatening the Islamic geography, especially in Jerusalem. This family, who belonged to the Hanbali sect, built the Salihiyye Neighborhood, a science city identified with them after they emigrated to Damascus, and in hijri VI. (XII.-XVI.) centuries, as well as other Islamic disciplines, in Hadith science they have grown very important hadith scholars. As a matter of fact, among the scholars who grew up in this family in terms of Hadith science, scholars such as Abdulganî al-Makdisî (d.600 / 1203), Ibn Kudâme al-Makdisî (d.620 / 1223), Ziyauddin al-Makdisî (d.643 / 1245), Ibn Abdülhâdî al-Makdisi (d. 744/1343) and Ibn al-Mibred al-Makdisi (d. 909/1503) are important figures. These scholars have gained an important place in the Islamic science tradition with their personal virtues and the works they put forward in the hadith science and they have become the only representatives of the Hanbali sect in Damascus.This study aims to determine the place of the Kudâme family in the hadith culture, which has an important place in the science of hadith, and the hadith/sunnah approaches of the hadith scholars who are raised in the family. Firstly, in this study, the scientific life of this family was discussed and various structures such as madrasah, dar al-hadis, dar al-Quran and mosque which were built in Salihiyye neighborhood and which are important in terms of hadith education were introduced. Then, the biographies of male and female hadith scholars who grew up in this family, their scientific activities and information about the works they had compiled in terms of hadith science were given. Then, by benefiting method works of some of the hadith scholars in the family, have been widely coveraged to issued khabars and related to khabars and hadiths/sunnah approaches of these scholars have been put forward.
