Türk siyasi hayatında Sinan Tekelioğlu (1939-1960)

Abstract

Millî Mücadele'nin başlarında işgale uğramış bölgelerde Mustafa Kemal Paşa'nın emri ile Kuvây-ı Milliye teşkilatı kurulmuş ve kurulan müfrezelerin başına daha önce de orduda görev yapmış komutanlar getirilmiştir. Mustafa Kemal Paşa daha önce de beraber görev yaptığı ya da tanıdığı başarılı olabileceğini düşündüğü önemli komutanları görevlendirmiştir. İşgale uğrayan bölgelerden biri de Adana bölgesi olup burada görevlendirilen önemli komutanlardan biri de Adana Bölgesi Kuvây-ı Milliye Umum Komutanlığı'na bağlı Batı Kilikya Kuvây-ı Milliye Komutanlığı görevine getirilen `Tekelioğlu Sinan Bey` takma adıyla anılan Edirneli Yüzbaşı Ali Ratip Bey'dir. Tekelioğlu Sinan Bey Adanalı olmamasına rağmen, hem Adana ve çevresinin işgallerden kurtulmasında önemli bir rol oynamış hem de siyasi hayatında 1939-1950 yılları arasında CHP ve 1950-1957 yılları arasında ise DP'den Adana milletvekilliğini yaparak Adana halkına önemli hizmetlerde bulunmuştur. Tekelioğlu Sinan Bey milletvekilliği yaptığı süre boyunca gerek kendi seçim bölgesi olan Adana'nın gerekse de ülkeyi ilgilendiren önemli konuları meclise taşımıştır. TBMM'de vermiş olduğu soru önergeleri ve kanun teklifleri ile her zaman ülkenin sorunlarına çözüm aramış biridir. Buradan hareketle çalışmamızda, Milli Mücadele dönemi boyunca önemli başarılar elde eden Tekelioğlu Sinan Bey'in 1939-1957 yılları arasındaki TBMM'de yapmış olduğu çalışmalar ve siyasi faaliyetleri incelenecektir.

At the beginning of the National Struggle, in the occupied areas, upon the order of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the National Forces organization was established and the commanders who had previously served in the army were appointed as the head of the detachments. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk appointed important commanders whom he had worked with before. One of the occupied regions was the Adana region and one of the important commanders assigned here was Ali Ratıp, who was named as Tekelioğlu Sinan. One of the commanders appointed was Ali Ratip called `Tekelioğlu Sinan Bey`, who was from Edirne. He was appointed as the Commander of the Western Cilicia Forces of the Adana Region. Although Tekelioğlu Sinan was not from Adana, he both played an important role in rescuing the occupation of Adana and its environs and served as a deputy of Adana from CHP between 1939-50 and DP from 1950-57 in his political life. During his term as a member of parliament, Tekelioğlu Sinan Bey raised both the electoral district of Adana and the country's important issues. He always sought solutions to the problems of the country with the Question Proposals and Law Proposals he submitted in the Turkish Grand National Assembly. From this point of view, in our study, the political activities of Tekelioğlu Sinan, who achieved significant successes during the National Forces period between 1939-1960 will be examined.
