Van`da boşanma olgusu üzerine sosyolojik bir inceleme

Abstract

Sosyo-kültürel değişimlerin hızlı yaşandığı zamanımızda değişimden en fazla etkilenen kurumların başında aile gelmektedir. Bu değişimlerin aile üzerindeki ve dikkat çekici sonuçlarından biri de boşanmadır. Bu çalışmada 2018 yılı TÜİK verilerine göre son 15 yılda boşanma sayılarının 4 kattan fazla arttığı Van ilinde gerçekleşen boşanmalar, mahkemeye intikal eden ve sonuçlanan davalar üzerinden incelenmektedir.Araştırmanın verileri Van İlinde 2010-2014 yılları arasında gerçekleşmiş her yıl için 5 adet olmak üzere toplamda 25 adet boşanma dosyası incelenerek elde edilmiştir. Bu veriler ile boşanmaların ayrıntılı analizleri yapılarak hem sebepleri hem de sonuçları açısından boşanma olgusu yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır.Çalışma, giriş kısmı hariç üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçeve ele alınmış, ikinci bölümde araştırmanın metodolojisi anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise araştırmanın bulguları değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, göç ve kentleşme, genç yaşta evlilik, çiftin çocuk sayısı ve evli kalınan süre gibi unsurlar olumlu veya olumsuz biçimde boşanma olgusuna en çok etki eden unsurlar olarak öne çıkmıştır.

Family is one of the institutions which have been affected by the alterations of this era when socio-cultural changes are widely experienced. A negative and attention-grabbing result of the sealterations on family is divorce. The fact of divorce, which had started increasing by 90's as results of some factors such as migration, urbanization, industrialization, alteration in values, increasing in the involvement of women in business life, etc., attracted the attention of researchers.In this study, divorces, which occurred in Van province where the number of divorce increased more than 4 times in last 15 years according to the data of TURKSTAT in 2018, are examined through the cases which are brought to court and resulted. The data used in this study had been collected through a research on a total of 25 divorce file issued between 2010-2014; namely, 5 files for each year. By using this data, a detailed analyze of divorce was made in terms of both causes and results.The study was composed of three sections and introduction part. In the first section, conceptual and theoretical framework was discussed. The methodology of the research was presented in the second section. The findings of the research are evaluated in the third section.According to the results of this study, some marriages which had ended up with divorce had a previous history of problems before the marriage commitment. Some of other marriages experienced problems during marriages of which primary problems were: cheating, violence, economic problems, psychological problems and negative intervention of mother-in-law and father-in-law.
