dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında, reaktörlerde nötron zehiri olarak bilinen 95Mo, 99Tc, 101Ru, 103Rh, 105Pd, 133Cs, 143Nd, 147Sm, 149Sm izotopları için 2-20 MeV aralığında ve (n,p) reaksiyon tesir kesitlerinin teorik hesaplamaları yapıldı. Hesaplamalarda denge ve denge öncesi modeller kullanıldı. ve (n,p) reaksiyon tesir kesitlerine ait hesaplamalarda, Weisskopf-Ewing ve Full Exciton Model için PCROSS bilgisayar programı, Denge, Hibrid ve Geometri Bağımlı Hibrid Model için ALICE/ASH bilgisayar programı kullanıldı.Her model için yapılan tesir kesiti hesaplamaları birbirleriyle, EXFOR (Experimental Nuclear Reaction Data) veri tabanından alınan deneysel veriler ile ve literatürde yer alan JANIS (Java-based Nuclear Information Software) veri kütüphanesinden elde edilen değerlendirilmiş verilerle (JENDL-4.0) karşılaştırıldı.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the theoretical calculations of and (n,p) reaction cross sections between 2 - 20 MeV for 95Mo, 99Tc, 101Ru, 103Rh, 105Pd, 133Cs, 143Nd, 147Sm, 149Sm isotopes known as neutron poison in the reactors were performed. Equilibrium and equilibrium models were used in the calculations.In the calculations of and (n,p) reaction cross sections, PCROSS program was utilized for Weisskopf-Ewing and Full Exciton Model, while the program ALICE/ASH was used for Equilibrium, Hibrid and Geometry Dependant Hyrid Model. Results of performed cross-section calculations were compared within each model, with experimental data gathered from EXFOR (Experimental Nuclear Reaction Data) Database and with evaluated data taken from JANIS (Java-based Nuclear Information Software).en_US
