Kömür kalori değerlerinin renk uzayı (R.G.B. ve H.S.V.) ölçüm değerleriyle ilişkilendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada farklı tür kömürler öğütülerek görüntü analizinde boyut etkisini azaltmak için hepsi (-106 µm + 90 µm) dar boyut aralığına getirilmiştir. Hazırlanan numuneler standart numune kaplarına konulup görüntüleri alınmıştır. Görüntüsü alınan numune çok sayıda parçacık içerdiği için bu parçacıkların her birinin görüntüsü tüm görüntüde ortalama r.g.b veya h.s.v değeri olarak elde edilmiştir. Kömür türüne ait ortalama r.g.b veya h.s.v değeri tüm bu parçacıklara etki etmesiyle kömür türü daha iyi bir şekilde temsil edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada farklı kömür türlerine ait kalorimetrik değerler grafiklenerek bilinmeyen bir kömür türünün ortalama r.g.b veya h.s.v değerleriyle kalorifik değerin belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir.

In this study, moisture free coals were grinded and in order to decrease the effect of size coal particles would be in narrow size range (-106 µm + 90 µm). Prepared samples were filled in standart sample pots and their images were taken. Since images taken coal samples have huge numbers of particles at this size range, images of each particle would reflect on whole image as average r.g.b or h.s.v type of coal. And it was better represented with the effect of all these particles on the average r.g.b or h.s.v values of coal type. With the help of this study, calorific values of various types of coals were plotted with respect to r.g.b or h.s.v values and knowing images parameters, calorific value of an unknown coal would be calculated easily.
