Aydın ilindeki finansal piyasa yatırımcılarının profilinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

Yatırım belirli bir kaynağın ya da değerin gelir sağlamak amacıyla kullanılmasıdır. Yatırımcı da bu kaynağı ya da değeri alternatif yollarla en uygun şekilde yönlendiren, değerlendiren kullanan kişi olarak tanımlanabilmektedir. İnsanoğlunun elindeki yatırımı en iyi şekilde değerlendirme isteği yatırım kanalları ve yatırım seçenekleri üzerinde bilgi sahibi olundukça daha da artmaktadır. Bu yatırım kanallarına ne şekilde yatırım yapılacağı hakkında bilgi düzeyi arttıkça olumlu geri dönüşler alınarak yatırımlar uygun alanlara yönlendirilmektedir.Bireysel finansal piyasa yatırımcılarının karar alma sürecinde yatırımcıların, artan rekabet koşullarında sektördeki işlem yapacakları kuruluş seçimlerinde etkili olmaktadır. Bu amaçla bu tezde pek çok kurumun, aracın ve piyasanın bir araya gelmesi ile oluşan finansal piyasa kavramı üzerinde durulmuş, para piyasası ve sermaye piyasasına ayrıntılı şekilde değinilmiştir. Ardından portföy teorileri kapsamında yatırımcılarda bulunması gereken özellikler anlatılmıştır. Finansal piyasalarda yatırımcıların yani fon talep edenlerin beklentisi ve finansal piyasalara etkisi üzerine nasıl bir yere sahip olduğu irdelenmiştir. Aydın ilindeki yatırımcı profiline dair çeşitli kaynaklardan elde edilen bilgiler ve veriler incelenmiş bunlar ile ilgili çıkarımlar yapılmıştır. Bu tezin amacı Aydın ili ve çevre ilçelerdeki bireysel yatırımcıların yatırım tercihlerini ortaya koymak ve bu yatırımcıların piyasaya etkileri ile yatırımcılarda olması gereken özelliklerin irdelenmesidir.Çalışmada Aydın ili ve ilçelerindeki yatırımcı profiline ulaşılması amacıyla 400 adet yatırımcıyla anket yapılmıştır. Investment is to use a specific source or a value in order to bring – in. From this point of view, it is possible to say that the investor is the one who leads, utilizes or uses this source or other alternatives in the most suitable way. Considering the period from pat to present, human beings' wish to utilize the investment in the best way has been increasing day by day and in accordance with the increasing amount of information related to investment channels and options. The more information one has about the investment channels, more positive feed backs are going to be achieved and investments are going to be canalized into suitable fields.Which ways individual financial market investments prefer during the process of determining affect the institutions where they transact in these increasing competition conditions. For this purpose, the concept of financial market which is formed with the gathering of several institutions, means and markets is mentioned, money market and capital market are addressed in detail. Then, the properties of investors within the context of portfolio theories are discussed. The expectations of investors, in other words the people who demand funds, in financial markets and its effect on financial markets are examined. The information related to the profiles of the investors in Aydın province is analyzed from different resources and deductions are made related to these. The purpose of this thesis is to reveal the investment preferences of the individual investors in the province of Aydın and surrounding provinces and to examine the characteristics of these investors with the market and the investors. A survey was conducted with 400 investors in order to reach the investor profile in Aydın province and districts.
