Üç eksenli CNC takım tezgah tasarımı ve imalatı

Abstract

Üretimin makineleşmesi, ülkenin kalkınmasına ve ekonominin gelişmesine hız verir. İlerleyen teknoloji ile birlikte üretim aşamalarında kullanılan klasik tezgahlar yerini CNC tezgahlara bırakmaktadır. Malzeme işlenirken imalatta kullanılan yöntem; takım ve tezgah türünün iyi seçilmesidir. Bilgisayarlı Sayısal Denetim, mekanik işleme gerektiren bir çalışmayı, basit NC fonksiyonları sağlayarak parça programlarını yorumlayıp bilgisayarın, kontrol elemanı olarak kullanılarak komutların işlendiği mekanik bir sistemdir. İmalat endüstrisinin iş hacminin yükselmesi daha hassas, daha çok ve daha kaliteli ürünlere olan ihtiyacı artırdığından, günümüzde birçok ürün CNC tezgahları kullanılarak üretilmektedir. Bu değişimler, bilgisayar kontrollü tezgahların kullanımını her geçen gün çeşitli sektörlerde de yaygınlaştırmıştır.Bu çalışmada, üç eksenli CNC takım tezgah tasarımı yapıldı. İmalatı için gerekli tasarım parametreleri belirlenip, tezgahın tasarımı ve imalatı için gerekli hesaplamalar yapıldı. Seçilen elektronik ve mekanik malzemeler tanıtılıp, tezgahın hassasiyet analizleri yapıldı.Sonuç olarak; üç eksenli CNC takım tezgahı imal edilip, iş parçaları işlenmiştir.

The mechanization of production accelerates the development of the country and the development of the economy. Together with the advancing technology, the classical workbenches used in production stages are replaced by CNC machines. The method used in manufacturing the material; good selection of the type of tool and machine. Computerized Numerical Control is a mechanical system that requires a mechanical operation, simple part functions are provided by providing simple NC functions and commands are processed by using the computer as a control element. Since the increase in the production volume of the manufacturing industry increases the need for more sensitive, more and better quality products, many products are manufactured by using CNC machines. These changes have expanded the use of computer controlled looms in various sectors.In this study, three axis CNC machine design was made. Design parameters for the production of the machine were determined and the necessary calculations were made. Selected electronic and mechanical materials were introduced and precision analysis of the machine was performed.As a result, three axis CNC machine is manufactured and work pieces are processed.
