Floresans ışık yayan rodamin türevi schiff bazı bileşiklerinin sentez ve karakterizasyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ksanten halkası ihtiva eden Rodamin B ve Rodamin 6G boyarmaddelerinin etilendiamin ile reaksiyonundan 2-(2-aminoetil)-3´,6´-bis (dietilamino) spiro [izoindol-1,9´-ksanten]-3-on (1) ve 2-(2-aminoetil)-3´,6´-bis (etilamino)-2´,7´-dimetil[izoindol-1,9-ksanten ]-3-on (2) başlangıç reaktifleri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen (1) ve (2) reaktifleri ile benzensülfonat türevi (BS) başlangıç maddelerinin reaksiyonlarından 14 adet yeni bileşik sentez edilmiştir. Elde edilen bileşiklerin moleküler yapıları FT-IR, NMR ve HR-MS ile aydınlatılmıştır.

In this study, starting reagents 2- (2-aminoetil)-3´,6´-bis (dietilamino) spiro [izoindol-1,9´- ksanten]-3-on (1) and 2-(2-aminoetil)-3´,6´-bis (etilamino)-2´,7´-dimetil [izoindol-1,9-ksanten ]-3-on(2) were obtained from the reaction of dyes Rhodamine Band Rhodamine 6G containing xanthene ring with ethylenediamine. 14 new compounds were synthesized from the reactions of the starting materials (1) and (2) and the starting materials of the benzenesulfonate derivative (BS). The molecular structures of the compounds obtained were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and HR-MS.
