PLC ve SCADA kullanarak bir bina otomasyon sisteminin gerçeklenmesi, uzaktan kontrolü ve izlenmesi

Abstract

Yaşamın olduğu tüm yapılarda hayatı kolaylaştırmak, iş yükünü azaltmak, daha güvenli ve daha kaliteli ortamlar sunabilmek için bina otomasyon sistemleri vazgeçilmezdir. Günümüz otomasyon teknolojisi genellikle bilgisayar destekli otomasyon kullanmaktadır. PLC ve SCADA Sistemleri de en çok tercih edilenlerdir. Teknolojinin gelişimiyle beraber farklı donanımlar ve yöntemlerin bu alanda da kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, bir bina otomasyon sisteminin parametrelerinin izlenmesi, uzaktan kontrolü ve veri toplanması için bir sistem gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sistem PLC ve SCADA tabanlıdır. Geliştirilen model sistem Tekirdağ Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Teknik Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu Kontrol ve Otomasyon Laboratuvarı'nda uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca geliştirilen bu model sistem eğitim materyali olarak da tasarlanmış olup başarısı anketle ölçülmüştür.

Building automation systems are inevitable in every building in order to make life easier, decrease work load, and create safer and higher quality environments. Today's automation technology generally makes use of computer enhanced automation. PLC and SCADA Systems are the most commonly preferred systems. With the developments and technology, various equipment and procedures are found to be in use in this field. In the present study, a system has been implemented in order to monitor and remotely control the parameters of a building automation system and to gather data. The system is a PLC and SCADA based system. The proposed system was applied in Namık Kemal University Vocational School of Technical Sciences Control and Automation Technology Laboratory. Also, this model system was designed as teaching material and its success was evaluated through a questionnaire.
