Havalimanlarında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği: 3. havalimanı örneği

Abstract

Dünya'da olduğu gibi ülkemizde de meydana gelen iş kazaları sonucu hayatını kaybedenlerin sayısı hayli fazladır. Özellikle iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda kazalara yönelik alınan önlemlerin yetersiz oluşu, çalışanların eğitimlere yeterince önem vermemesi ve kişisel koruyucu donanımların yeterince özverili kullanılmaması nedeniyle ortaya çıkan durumun sonuçları hayli ağır olmaktadır. İş kazalarına yönelik önleyici programların geliştirilmesi ve denetiminin doğru ve yeterli şekilde yapılması gerekir. Bu çalışmada; Türkiye'de ve Dünya'da iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramına ilişkin tanımlamalara ve havalimanlarındaki uygulamalara yer verilerek, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğini konusunda havalimanlarındaki uygulamalar ve bu uygulamaların Üçüncü Havalimanında nasıl yapıldığı konusu araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmamızda; Türkiye'de ve Dünyada iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konularına ilişkin yazılmış olan tezler, internet kaynaklı sistemlerden alınmış bilgiler, konu ile alakalı kitaplar ve makalelerden yararlanılarak kaynak tarama tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada sonunda anket yönteminden faydalanılmıştır.

As in the world, the number of people who lost their lives as a result of work accidents in our country is quite high. The results of the situation are quite severe, especially due to the inadequacy of the measures taken for Occupational Health and safety, the inadequacy of the measures taken for accidents, the inadequacy of the employees ' education and the lack of selfless use of personal protective equipment. The development and supervision of preventive programs for occupational accidents must be carried out correctly and adequately. In this study, the definitions of the concept of Occupational Health and safety in Turkey and in the world and the applications at airports are given, and the applications at airports about Occupational Health and safety in these applications are given.The subject of how it was done at the airport was investigated.In addition, in our study, the thesis written on Occupational Health and safety issues in Turkey and in the world, information obtained from Internet-based Systems, books and articles related to the subject using the source scanning technique was used. At the end of the survey, the survey method was used.
