Kalite kontrolunda istatistiksel yöntemlerin incelenmesi ve uygulamaları

Abstract

-VI- ö 2 E T En basit olarak, ISO 9000 imalat ve Hizmet sanayinde kalite güvencesi için kurulmuş, kapsamlı bir standardlar kümesidir. ISO 9000 serileri, bir firmanın kalite sistemini gerçekleştirmesini, belgelemesini ve çalıştırılmasını ister. Firma kalite güvencesini, yani müşterinin hatalı bir ürün almamasını garanti altına almak üzere ISO 9000 standardlarından birine kayıt olabilir. Bunun gerçekleşmesi de standardların istediği şartların, firma içinde yerine getirilmesi ile mümkün olmak tadır. Bu şartların en önemlilerinden biri de istatistiki proses kontrolüdür. üretimin çeşitli aşamalarında kalitenin kontrolü için çeşitli istatistiki yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Bunun için özellikle ürünün çeşitli imalat safhalarında istenilen özelliklere uygunluğu kontrol edilir. Bu amaçla ölçüm veya muayene sonucu elde edilen veriler, kullanılan yönteme bağlı olarak değerlen dirilir ve prosesin gidişatı hakkında bir hükme yarılır. Kont rol edilen özelliklerde değişimler meydana geldiği tesbit edildiğinde gerekli müdahalelerle iyileştirmeler yapılır. ülkemizin çeşitli sanayi kollarında üretimlerini sürdüren firmaların, üretimleri sırasında kalite kontrolü amacıyla uyguladıkları istatistiksel yöntemler incelendiğinde, üre timlerinin kalitesini çoğunlukla kontrol kartları kullanarak denetim altında tutmaya çalıştıkları görülmektedir.

-VII- ABSTRACT In the simplest way, ISO 9000 is a group of detailed standards set up for the quality assurance in manufacturing and servicing industry. ISO 9000 series demand for the realization, documentation and operation of the quality system of a firm. The firm may register one of the standards of ISO 9000 for- the quality assurance, in other words, to ensure that a customer not get a defective product. The occurence of this depends on the application of the requirements demanded by the standards inside the firm. One of the most significant of these is the statistical process control. Various statistical methods are used for the quality control in different stages of the production. For this, especially, whether the product meets the desired features is checked in different stages of manufacturing. For this purpose, the data obtained as a result of measuring and examining are evaluated according to the method applied and a decision is made on the course of the process. When some variations in the controlled features are observed, improvements are supposed to be made by means of necessary interventions. When the statistical methods of the firms are observed, which are continuing their production in various industrial fields of our country, it is observed that they often try to keep the quality of their production under control by using control cards.
