Haşıllama prosesinde ortam sıcaklık, Ph ve tuz derişiminin etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tekstil dokuma işletmelerinde önemli işlemlerden biri olan haşıllama işlemi araştırılmıştır. Haşıllama her tür lif esaslı ipliğe uygulanabilen bir işlem ise de genellikle pamuk elyafı esaslı ipliği, dokuma işleminde gerekli mukavemete, düzgünlüğe getirmek için uygulanır. Çalışma, üretim yapan ortamda gerçekleştirilmiştir.Yapılan çalışma sonunda haşıllanmış iplik özelliklerinin haşıl karışım bileşimi, özellikleri ve haşıl makinesi işletim parametreleri (değişkenleri) ile değiştiği bulunmuştur.

In this study, process which has direct influence on weaving efficiency was investigated. However sizing can be applied to all types of yarns made of different fibres, usually it is applied on cotton yarn to uniform and to increase its strength while at the weaving process.This research work was carried out in a running factory.At the end of the study, it is found that the propertiesof the sized yarns are affected by the composition and the properties of the sizing solution and machine parameters.
