dc.description.abstractKaynağı ülkemizde bulunan ve piyasaya arz edilen mineralli sularda fiziksel (bulanıklık), kimyasal (toplam sertlik, bikarbonat, karbonat, pH, iletkenlik, kalsiyum, magnezyum, amonyum, potasyum, sodyum, demir, florür, sülfat, klorür, nitrat, nitrit, bakır, silikat, fosfat, mangan, kurşun, krom, kadmiyum, borat) ve mikrobiyolojik analizler (toplam mezofilik aerobik bakteri, Salmonella, Fekal Streptokok, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, sülfat redükte eden anaeroplar, patojen stafilokoklar, E. coli, total koliform) yapılarak, mineral kompozisyonun farklılıklarının neler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmada Türkiye'de üretilen ve satışa arz edilen 25 mineralli su analize tabi tutulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractPhysical (turbidity), chemical (total hardness, bicarbonate, carbonate, pH, conductivity, calcium, magnesium, ammonium, potassium, sodium, iron, fluoride, sulfate, chloride, nitrate, nitrite, copper silicate, phosphate, manganese, lead, chromium, cadmium, borate) and microbiological analyzes (total mesophilic aerobic bacteria, Salmonella, Faecal streptococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,  sulfate-reducing anaerobes, pathogenic staphylococci, E. coli, total coliform) in mineral waters within our country which are supplied to the market were conducted and minerals composition differences there of have been determined. 25 mineral waters produced and put up for sale in Turkey were analyzed.en_US
