Kemal Tahir`in romanlarında ve hikâyelerinde yapı-tema

Abstract

Cumhuriyet dönemi Türk Edebiyatı'nın önemli ve tartışmalı yazarlarından biri olan Kemal Tahir, romancılığı ve hikâyeciliği bakımından özgün ve dikkat çeken bir edebî kimliğe sahiptir. Bu özellik, onun anlatı unsurlarını kullanımı ve eserlerinin içeriği dolayısıyladır. Kemal Tahir, Türk toplumunu ilgilendiren meseleleri sosyalist çerçevede, tahlile dayanan ayrıntılı bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirmiş ve bunu roman tekniklerini kullanarak kurguya taşımıştır.Bu çalışmada Kemal Tahir'in edebî kimliğini yansıtan on dokuz romanı yanında, on altı tefrika romanı ve dört ciltte toplanan hikâyeleri roman tekniği bakımından incelenmeye çalışılmış, bununla birlikte yazarın polisiye türdeki romanları ve tamamlanamamış romanları hakkında genel bir bakış açısı ortaya konulmuştur. Söz konusu incelemede eserlerin yayımlanma süreçleriyle ilgili bilgiler verilmiş ve her bir eser olay örgüsü, şahıs kadrosu, zaman, mekân, anlatım teknikleri-anlatıcı ve bakış açısı, konu arka planı, dil ve üslûp gibi anlatı unsurları noktasında değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmelerde ise büyük ölçüde yazarın toplumsal ve teorik görüşleri de esas alınarak birtakım genel sonuçlara varılmıştır.

Kemal Tahir, one of the most important and controversial writers of Turkish literature in the Republic period, has a unique and outstanding literary identity in terms of his novelism and storytelling. This feature is due to his use of the elements of narrative and the content of his works. Kemal Tahir made use of the issues concerning the Turkish society with a detailed perspective based on analysis within the socialist framework and integrated this into fiction by using novel techniques.In this study, nineteen novels, sixteen serial novels and the stories collected in four volumes reflecting Kemal Tahir's literary identity were tried to be analyzed in terms of novel technique. In addition, an overview of the author's detective novels and incomplete novels was put forward. In this review, information was given about the publication processes of the works. Each work was reviewed in terms of plot, characters, time, place, narrative techniques, narrator and perspective, plot background, language and style. In the reviews, some general conclusions were reached based on the author's social and theoretical views.
