In addition to this, the names of the places and the real persons were presented as a seperate list. 416 ABSTRACT OTTAMAN LAWBOOK OF THE AHMET III TERM (STUDY-TEXT-INDEX) In this study, it was presented general information about the lawbook as a preface as well as bibliyographic information and description of manuscript magazine. The language study was composed of three sections. In the part of the language study, it was determined that the language features of the text belonged to the classical age and then the differences between those language features of the text and the language of Turkey and classical Ottaman orthography. Thus, an entire language study on the text was not implemented. In the orthography section, it was researched that some features found in the orthography of the text, to what extend they are similar with the classical Ottaman orthography and if they are regular. In the phonetic section, it was studied that the phonetic events and their harmony of the text and determined how phonetic features and old usages influenced Turkish language. In the morphology section, morphological features different from the language of Turkey were investigated. In the part of the text, manuscript text was transcripted. In the part of the index, a grammatical index showing the origin of417 the foreing words, was prepared through the use of card. In addition to this, the names of the places and the real persons were presented as a seperate list.
