Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında, N-(dietilkarbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamid, N-(di-n-propilkarbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamid, N-(di-n-bütilkarbamotiyoil) siklohekzankarboksoamid, N-(difenilkarbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamid ve N-(morfolin-4-karbonotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamid ligandları ile bunların bis(N-(dietilkarbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamido)nikel(II), bis(N-(di-n-propil karbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamido)nikel(II), bis(N-(di-n-bütilkarbamotiyoil) siklohekzankarboksoamido)nikel(II), bis(N-(difenilkarbamotiyoil)siklohekzan karboksoamido)nikel(II), bis(N-(morfolin-4-karbonotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamido) nikel(II), bis(N-(dietilkarbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamido)bakır(II), bis(N-(di-n-propilkarbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamido)bakır(II), bis(N-(di-n-bütil karbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamido)bakır(II), bis(N-(difenilkarbamotiyoil) siklohekzankarboksoamido)bakır(II) ve bis(N-(morfolin-4-karbonotiyoil)siklohekzan karboksoamido)bakır(II) kompleksleri sentezlendi.Sentezi yapılan ligand ve komplekslerin karakterizasyonları FT-IR, Elemental Analiz, 1H-NMR yöntemleri ile aydınlatıldı. Ayrıca N-(dietilkarbamo tiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamid, N-(morfolin-4-karbonotiyoil)siklohekzankarbok soamid ligandlarının ve bis(N-(di-n-propilkarbamotiyoil)siklohekzankarbokso amido)bakır(II) ve bis(N-(morfolin-4-karbonotiyoil)siklohekzankarboksoamido) nikel(II) komplekslerinin kristal yapıları ise X-ışınları tek kristal kırınım yöntemi ile aydınlatıldı. In this thesis study, N-(diethylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide, N-(di-n-propylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide, N-(di-n-buthylcarbamothioyl) cyclohexanecarboxamide and N-(diphenylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide, N-(morpholine-4-carbonothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide ligands and their complexes which are bis(N-(diethylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido) nickel(II), bis(N-(di-n-propylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido)nickel(II), bis(N-(di-n-buthylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido)nickel(II), bis(N-(diphenyl carbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido)nickel(II), bis(N-(morpholine-4-carbono thioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido)nickel(II), bis(N-(diethylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexane carboxamido)copper(II), bis(N-(di-n-propylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido) copper(II), bis(N-(di-n-buthylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido)copper(II), bis(N-(diphenylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido)copper(II) and bis(N-(morpholine-4-carbonothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamido)copper(II) complexes, were synthesized.Synthesized compounds characterized by using elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectroscopy techniques. In addition, the crystal structure of N-(diethylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide, N-(morpholine-4-carbonothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide, bis(N-(morpholine-4-carbonothioyl)cyc lohexanecarboxamido)nickel(II), and bis(N-(di-n-propylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexan ecarboxamido)copper(II) clarified by the X-ray single crystal diffraction technique.
