Pelet makinası parametreleri scadadan php aracılığı ile androide aktarılması

Abstract

Dünyadaki canlı popülasyonu günden güne artmaktadır. Bu yüzden dünyadaki üretimlerin seri ve hızlı yapılması için sanayi devrimi ile beraber gerekli adımlar atılmıştır. Ağır makine tesisleri, insanoğlu tarafından gerçekleştirilen işleri ele almış ve bu sayede üretimin artmasına neden olmuştur. Teknolojik gelişmeler ağır makinaların çalışma prensibini günden güne değiştirmiştir. Buhar ile çalışan makinalar elektrik enerjisi ile çalışmaya başlamış olup kontroller kumanda sistemine göre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bilgisayar teknolojisinin gelişmesi bu kontrol sistemini başka bir boyuta taşımış olup PLC ve SCADA sistemini endüstri tesislerin karşısına getirmiştir. Günümüzde bilgi paylaşımı bu gelişmeler neticesinde çok önemlidir. Bu talep doğrultusunda SCADA üzerine düşen bilgilerin hosting aracılığı ile android bir programa ve bir html sayfasına aktarılması düşünülmüştür. Üzerinde düşünülen sistem ile beraber SCADA ile kontrol edilen bir tesisin internet aracılığı ile daha esnek çalışması hedeflenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmada yem fabrikalarında sıklıkla kullanılan pelet makinası referans olarak alınmıştır

Big machinery facilities have dealt with the works carried out by human beings and this has led to an increase in production.Technological developments have changed the working principle of big machines day by day. Steam powered machines started to work with electrical energy and controls were carried out according to control system. The development of computer technology has taken this control system to another dimension and brought the PLC and SCADA system to the industrial facilities. Today, information sharing is very important as a result of these developments. In accordance with this demand, information on SCADA is planned to be transferred to an android program and an html page via hosting. The system, which is controlled with SCADA, is aimed to be more flexible through internet. In the study, the pellet machine, which is frequently used in feed factories, is taken as a reference.
