Genetik algoritma kullanılarak koordinatör öğretmen yerleştirme çizelgesinin hazırlanması

Abstract

İnsanoğlunun var olması ile birlikte gelişen dünya kriterlerinin başında bilim ve teknoloji gelmektedir. Bilim ve teknoloji alanında gelen yenilikler insan hayatında yeni olgulara ve gelişimlere açık hale gelmiştir. Bu noktalardan biri de insanoğlunun eğitimi ve öğretimi kavramıdır. Bilişim alanında da bu yeniliklere özgü olarak sisteme entegre edilmektedir. Entegre edilen yapılardan birisi de ders dağıtım çizelgeleridir. Ders dağıtım programları da bu temel üzerine inşa edilerek eğitimin planlı ve programlı bir zemine oturtulmasını sağlamıştır. Eğitimin ülkemizde ve dünyada en önemli kademelerinden biri de mesleki eğitim veren kurumlardır. Meslek liselerinin ve mesleki eğitim düzeyinin işleyişinde de uygulanan adımlardan bir tanesi de İşletmelerde Beceri Eğitimi dersidir. Bu ders kapsamında öğrenciler okul hayatında öğrendikleri pratik bilgileri alanlarına uygun şirket, fabrika gibi uygulamaya açık alanlarda staj imkanı bulmaktadırlar. Bu staj sürecinde öğrencilerin pratik bilgilerinin uygulamaya tam olarak aktarılması konusunda öğrencilere alan öğretmenleri, koordinatör öğretmen olarak atanmaktadır. Bu atanan koordinatör öğretmenler de alan öğrencilerinin eğitimi ve gelişimi konusunda eğitimden sorumlu işletme personeli ile koordineli olarak öğrencinin iş hayatına hazırlanması sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında genetik algoritma kullanılarak koordinatör öğretmen yerleştirme çizelgesinin optimize edilmesi için bir yazılım geliştirilmiştir. Böylelikle meslek lisesi veya mesleki eğitimde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin ilgili ders kapsamında hangi koordinatör öğretmenin atanacağı bu çalışma kapsamında belirli kriterler ve kısıtlar göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenmesi sağlanmış olacaktır.

With the existence of human beings, science and technology are the leading criteria in the developing world. Innovations in the field of science and technology have become open to new phenomena and developments in human life. One of these points is the concept of human education and training. In the field of informatics, these innovations are integrated into the system. One of the integrated structures is course distribution schedules. The course distribution programs were built on this basis and ensured that the education was placed on a planned and scheduled basis. One of the most important levels of education in our country and in the world is the institutions providing vocational education. One of the steps applied in the functioning of vocational high schools and vocational education level is Skill Training in Business. Within the scope of this course, students find internship opportunities in areas open to practice such as company and factory which are appropriate to the practical knowledge they learned in school life. During this internship process, the teachers who are assigned to the students are assigned as coordinator teachers in order to fully transfer the practical knowledge of the students to the practice. These assigned coordinator teachers are also prepared for the business life in coordination with the management personnel responsible for the education and development of the field students. In this study, a software has been developed to optimize the coordinator teacher placement schedule by using genetic algorithm. Thus, it will be ensured that the coordinator teacher to be assigned to the students in vocational high school or vocational education within the scope of the related course will be determined by considering certain criteria and constraints within the scope of this study.
