Yerli imkanlarla üretilen kalkan tipi yürüyen tahkimatın üretimi ve uygulaması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yeraltı mekanizasyon sistemlerinin dünyada gelişimi ve ülkemizde gerçekleştirilenbu konudaki nadir çalışmalardan biri konu edilmiş, mekanizasyon tasarım aşamalarından üretilmesi veyerinde uygulanması anlatılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, tam mekanize kazı sisteminin anaelemanlarından birisi olan yürüyen tahkimatın ülkemizdeki üretim süreci anlatılmıştır. Üretilen buyürüyen tahkimat sistemlerinin yeraltındaki testleri ve elde edilen sonuçlar bu çalışmada sunulmuştur.Sonuç, olarak ithal edilerek madenlerimizde kullandığımız yürüyen tahkimat sistemlerinin yerliimkanlarla üretilmesi, yeraltı testlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi ve tatminkar sonuçlar elde edilmesi sebebiyle,yeni benzer çalışmaların yapılması ve desteklenmesi gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmaktadır.

In this study, the development of underground mechanization systems in the world and one ofthe rare studies on this subject carried out in our country, the production and implementation ofmechanization design stages are explained. For this purpose, the production process of the walkingsupport which is one of the main elements of the fully mechanized excavation system is explained byMuda Engineering. The underground tests and the obtained results of these manufactured support systemsare presented in this study. As a result, it is necessary to carry out and support new similar studiesbecause of the production of walking support systems that we use in our mines by importing them withdomestic facilities, performing underground tests and obtaining satisfactory results.
