İşletmelerin halkla açılma sürecindeki muhasebe ve raporlama sorunları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, işletmelerin halka açılma sürecinin temel unsurları ve halka açılma sürecinde finansal raporlama konusu açıklandıktan sonra finansal tablolarım Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı doğrultusunda hazırlamak zorunda olan halka açılma sürecindeki işletmelerin Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı doğrultusunda finansal tablo hazırlama sürecinde ortaya çıkabilecek muhasebe ve raporlama sorunları belirlenmeye çalışılmış. Ayrıca, halka açılma sürecinde olan bir işletmenin finansal tablolarım Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı doğrultusunda hazırlama süreci bir uygulama ile açıklanmıştır.

In this study, basic components of going public process and financial reporting in going public process is explained. The accounting and reporting problems which raised in the process of preparing financial statements in conformity with the Capital Market Regulations are pointed out for companies which have to prepare their financial statements in comformity with the Capital Market Regulations. Also, the process of preparing financial statements in conformity with the Capital Market Regulations is explained with an application in a company which is in the process of going public. Ill
