Abstract

Arastırma 7 bölüm halinde düzenlenmistir. Birinci bölümde politikadan,baslayarak dıs politika ve uluslararası politikanın olusum süreçleri analiz edilmisulusal gücü olusturan faktörler, ulusal hedefler degerlendirilmis politik ve askerîstrateji üzerinde durulmustur.kinci bölümde jeopolitigin dogusu, dayanakları, boyutları analiz edilmis,jeopolitige tesir eden diger bilimler cografya, tarih, devletler hukuku, milliyetçilikcereyanları ve kendi kaderini tayin hakkı meselesi üzerinde durulmustur.Üçüncü bölümde jeopolitigin cografî temeli üzerinde durulmus bir ülkenintopraklarını meydana getiren alanın; arazi, sekil, sınır, mevkii, denize göre durumuve iklim gibi faktörler çerçevesinde degeri ve önemi arastırılmıstır.Dördüncü bölümde jeopolitigin iktisadî temelleri üzerinde durulmusulastırma durumu, yeraltı kaynakları, sanayi kapasitesi tarımsal ve bilimselteknolojik gücün önemi arastırılmıs, özellikle enerji meselesinin gittikçe artan önemkazanması sebebiyle enerji ile ilgili konular biraz daha teferruatlı olarak elealınmıstır.Besinci bölümde jeopolitige temel teskil etmesi sebebiyle stratejikdüsüncenin 15. yy'dan baslayarak gelisimi ve stratejik düsüncenin olusumu sürecidegerlendirilmis, Soguk Savas dönemine etki eden jeopolitik görüsler gözdengeçirilmis bu teorilerin Soguk Savas dönemi uygulamaları anlatılmıstır.Altıncı bölümde kuvvetler bölgesinin (pivot bölge) ortaya çıkısı, çesitliaçılardan degerlendirilerek Soguk Savas dönemine etkileri arastırılmıstır.Yedinci bölümde jeopolitigin Soguk Savas dönemindeki uygulamasıörneklerle anlatılarak soguk savas döneminde yasanan Amerikan ve Sovyet stratejikdüsüncesindeki gelisme asama asama arastırılmıstır. Sovyetler Birligi'nindagılmasının bir kuvvet ve ideolojik alan boslugu yarattıgı sonucuna varılmıstır.

This investigation has been arranged as 7 chapters. At the first chapter duration of formation have been analyzed starting from; foreign politics, international politics also the factors that from the national force, national targets have been utilized and focused on the military strategy.At the second chapter the birth of geopolitics, dimensions have been analyzed and the sciences which effects the geopolotics; geography, history, law of goverments, nationalism happens and the justice of pointing out your own fate have been studied. At the third chapter a country which established on the geographic foundation of geopolitics have been examined in the frame of land, shape, frontier, position and the state according to sea.At the fourth chapter the economical foundation of geopolitics have been studied also the communication state, underground sources, industrial capacity, technological and agricultural force have been researched. Specially the energy matter have been investigated with details because of its importance.At the fifth chapter the formation of development of strategically idea starting from 15 century have been examined. The geopolitics ideas which effected the Cold War term have been studied and practice of the Cold War term of these theories have been explained.At the sixth chapter the appearance of power region has studied according to the effects to Cold War term.At the seventh chapter the Cold War term has been explained with examples. The effects of Cold War to the American and Soviet strategically thought have been studied step by step. Also it has been attained that the power and ideological domain cavity caused the dissolve of Union of Soviet Socialist Republic.
