Abstract

70 ÖZET Bu araştırma.tedavi hizmetlerinde çalışan hemşirelerin işlevlerini yerine getirirken karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve yaşadıkları stresi ortaya çıkarmak, bu konuda yapılacak girişimlere rehber olmak, bu konuda yapılacak girişimlerin hizmeti sunan hemşireye doyumlu ve huzurlu bir iş ortamı ve de hizmeti alan bireye etkin bir hizmet sunulmasını sağlayacağı amacıyla planlanmıştır. Araştırma, İ.Ü.Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi, Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu İstanbul Hastanesi, S. S. Y.B Şişli Etfal Hastanesi.Kasımpaşa Deniz Hastanesi,Özel Topkapı Hastanesinin Dahiliye ve Cerrahi Servislerinde çalışan; Servis Sorumlu Hemşiresi ve Yatakbaşı Hemşiresi olmak üzere 200 denek üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hemşirelerin sorun ve streslerini ortaya koymak ve değerlendirmek için sorunları içeren anket formu ve stres kaynağı ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bulgular,bilgi sayar yardımıyla değerlendirilmiş ve değerlendirilmede ;yüzdeleme, `T` testi ve ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır.. Sonuç olarak;hemşirelerin çeşitli sorunlarla karşılaştığı ve stres yaşadıkları.yaşadıkları stresin de onların sağlık durumlarında potansiyel bir tehdit oluşturduğu, genelde ise hastalık geliştirme ihtimali vey/a eğiliminde oldukları saptanmıştır.

71 SUMMARY This study is designed to illustrate learning in the matters and stress on nurses who worked for the Therapeutical Department of the hospitals and experienced a stressful life events with difficulties on their works and also to facilitate a guide information for any attemp- tive approach to those evaluated subjects which may be done to obtain more sufficient medical service facilities for the patients and more suitable attractive working enviroment with satisfactory job on nursing. This study is administered anonymously to 200 Ward Nurses and Chief Nurses who employed for Medical-Surgical Department of Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty Hospital of Istanbul Uni vers ity,Soc ial Security Association Istanbul Hospital.Ministry of Health Şişli Etfal Hospital.Kasımpaşa Navy Hospital and Topkapi Private Hospital. In this study, a score on the measure of stress and a questionaire text which comprises all of the factors and subjects of stress sources are used in order to demonstrate the stressful events in life with the experienced difficul ties and the scores of the stress measures, on nurses. The results and data of this study had been processed and determinated based on the percentage of remarks, T- comparision and Chi-square Test, on computer. ün the whole, the results from this study indicate that the nurses in the hospitals had experienced offenly stressful life events with the related difficulties on nursing works whose could become involed such as pressurizing on their health condition and working activities that may be tend to attacks to their health and might be increase the probability of the illness on nurses, in generally.
