PELISA (Paper enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) yardımı ile hidatidozun tanımı üzerine araştırmalar

Abstract

33 ÖZET Hidatidozun tanımında komplement birleşmesi reaksiyonu (Wein berg), Casoni reaksiyonu, Latex aglutinasyonu, ELİSA ve PELİSA deneyleri yapıldı. 10 sağlıklı çocuğun serumu ile yapılan ELİSA deneyinde absor- bans değeri (0,207i0,065) olarak bulundu. Operasyonla hidatidozlu olduğu kanıtlanmış olan 40 hastadan 37'sinde ELİSA pozitif, 38'inde PELİSA pozi tif, 15'inde Weinberg pozitif, 38'inde Casoni pozitif ve 30'unda Latex agluti- nasyon testi pozitif olarak bulundu.

34 SUMMARY Complement fixation test (Weinberg), Casoni (Intradermal reacti on), Latex agglutination test, ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) and PELISA (Paper Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) were applied for the diagnosis of human hydatid disease. ELISA absorbans value was found as optimal (0,2Q7±0,065) in healty 10 children. Of the 40 patients who had proven haydatid disease by surgical operation 37 were found positive by ELISA, 38 were positive by PELISA, only 15. had positive Weinberg, 38 were found positive with Casoni test and 30 had positive Latex agglutination test.
