Sabri Ülgener ve Max Weber`de iktisadi zihniyet

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Sabri Ülgener'in Doğu toplumlarının göreli iktisadi geri kalmışlığının zihniyet dünyasındaki sebeplerini ele alan çalışmasının, Max Weber'in Batı toplumlarındaki kapitalist gelişme ile Protestan ahlakı arasındaki irtibatı sorgulayan çalışmasıyla karşılaştırmalı bir şekilde analiz edilmesidir. İktisadi gelişme üzerine siyasi, sosyal ve ekonomik alanı kuşatan sayısız çalışma yapılmasına rağmen, yüzyıllar boyunca kademe kademe oluşan ve toplumların dünya, madde, hayat, meslek, çalışma ve benzeri kavramlara olan yaklaşımını belirleyen zihniyet üzerinde aynı derecede durulmamaktadır. Bu açıdan Weber karşılaştırmalı bir Ülgener analizinin yapılması ve kavram, kaynak ve fikir açısından Ülgener'in kritik edilmesi konunun hangi alanlarda ek çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyduğunu ve zihniyet, etik ve iktisat arasında kurulabilecek bağlantıları ortaya koyacaktır.Anahtar kelimeler: İktisadi zihniyet, Tasavvuf, Kapitalizmin Ruhu, Protestan Etik

The primary purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the study of Sabri Ulgener about the mindset reasons behind economically underdeveloped situation of East by comparing this study with the dissertation of Max Weber questioning the relation between the capitalist development period of West and Protestant ethic. Despite there are numerous study dealing with the political, social ve economic ground of economic development, the economic mindset which has been formed gradually for centuries and determine the approach of the communities to world, property, occupation and life etc. has not been discussed adequately. In this respect, an analyze comparing Ülgener and Weber, and criticizing concepts, references and ideas of Ülgener can reveal the needs for further studies about the topic and the new links between mindset, ethic and economy.Keywords: Economic mindset, Sufism, Spirit of Capitalism, Protestant Ethic
