Gaz İhraç Eden Ülkeler Forumu (GECF): Doğalgaz piyasaları ve fiyatlarına etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma, dünya enerji ekonomisinde ciddi etkilere sahip olan Gaz İhraç Eden Ülkeler Forumu'nun (GECF), doğalgazı enerjisini ve dünya enerji sektöründe meydana getirdiği değişiklikleri incelemektedir.Bu çalışmada, dünya enerji piyasasında doğalgaz rezervinin, üretiminin ve tüketiminin meydana getirdiği değişimleri göstermek amacıyla iki farklı ekonometrik model elde edilmiştir. Birinci modelde, Gaz İhraç Eden Ülkeler Forumu (GECF) ülkeleri arasındaki doğalgaz rezerv, üretim ve tüketim ilişkileri ve ikinci modelde de Gaz İhraç Eden Ülkeler Forumu (GECF) ülkelerin, tüm kıtalarla olan doğalgaz rezervi, üretimi ve tüketimi arasındaki ilişkileri eşbütünleşme yöntemiyle test edilmiştir.Genel olarak üç bölümden oluşan çalışmanın birinci bölümünde dünya enerji görünümünden, dünya enerji ekonomisinde doğalgazdan bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Gaz İhraç Eden Ülkeler Forumu (GECF) üye ve gözlemci ülke profilleri, doğalgaz rezervleri ve piyasaları ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise ekonometrik testlerden elde edilen bulgular teorik çerçevede değerlendirilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: GECF, Doğalgaz, Ekonomik Etkiler, Eşbütünleşme Yöntemi.

This study is to analyze the changes arising from Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) which holds serious effects on world energy economy.In this study, two different econometric models are revealed in order to depict the changes resulting from natural gas reserve, production and consumption in the world market of energy. The relationships between GECF countries regarding natural gas reserve, production and consumption are tested using co-integration method, and also the relationships between GECF countries and other continents.In this study consisting of three parts, world energy outlook and natural gas in world energy economy were discussed in the first part. In the second part of this study, the profiles of GECF members and observing parties, their information about natural gas reserve and market. Lastly, the findings revealed with the help of two econometric models were discussed within the scope of this study's theoretical framework.Keywords: GECF, Natural Gas, Economic Effects, Co-integration Method.
