Abstract
33 ÖZET Çalışmamızda incelenen 52 balık ve 100 midyeden herhangi bir Salmonella serotipi ve Vibrio cinsi bakteri izole edilmemiştir. Balıkların üçünden E. cloacae, dördünden C.frenduii, birinden K.pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae, birinden K.planticola izole edilmiştir. İncelenen 100 midyenin ise otuzbirinde E.agglomerans, yedisin de E. cloacae, birinde E. intermedium, ikisinde C.diversus, birinde C.freun dii, yirmisekizinde A.hydrophila, dördünde A.caviae, üçünde A.sobria üre miştir. Antibiyotik duyarlık deneylerinde 37 Enterobacter susunun otuzi kisinin penisiline, otuzaltısının ampisiline, otuzunun azidosiline, onüçünün gentamisine, onüçünün kloramfenikole, onbirinin tetrasikline, onbeşinin nitrofurantoine dirençli olduğu görülmüştür. Aeromonas olarak tanımlanan 35 susun, otuzüçünün penisiline, otuzüçünün ampisiline, otuzdördünün azidosiline, yedisinin gentamisine, yirmidördünün kloramfenikole, yedisinin tetrasikline, ondokuzunun nitro furantoine dirençli oldukları saptanmıştır.34 Beş Citrobacter susunun üçününün penisiline, dördününün ampi- siline, beşinin azidosiline, ikisinin gentamisine, dördünün kloramfenikole, dördünün tetrasikline, beşinin nitrofurantoine direnç gösterdikleri görül müştür. İki Klebsiella susunun her ikisinin penisiline, ampisiline, kloram fenikole, tetrasikline, birinin nitrofurantoine dirençli oldukları saptanmış tır. 35 SUMMARY In this study, 52 fishes and 100 mussels were examined bacterilogically. Neither Salmonella nor Vibrio strain was isolated. From three of 52 fishes Enterobacter cloacae was isolated followed by Citrobacter freundii from four samples, Klebsiella pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae from one and Klebsiella planticola from another one fish. From thirty-one of 100 mussels Enterobacter agglomerans was isolated followed by Aeromonas hydrophila from twenty-eight, Enterobacter cloacae from seven, Aeromonas caviae from four, Aeromonas sobria from three samples, Citrobacter diversus from two, Enterobacter intermedium from one and Citrobacter freundii from another samples. Thirty-two of 37 Enterobacter strains tested for their susceptibility to various antibiotics were found to be resistant to penicillin, thirty-six to ampicillin, thirty to azidocillin, thirteen to gentamisin, thirteen to chloramphenicol, eleven to tetracycline, fifteen to nitrofurantoin. Among 35 strains which were identified as Aeromonas,36 thirty-three strains were found to be resistant to penicillin, thirty-three to ampicillin, thirty-four to azidocillin, seven to gentamicin, twenty-four to chloramphenicol, seven to tetracycline and nineteen to nitrofurantoin. It has been shown that three of five Citrobacter strains were resistant to penicillin, four to ampicillin, five to azidocillin, two to gentamisin, four to chloramphenicol, four to tetracycline, five to nitrofurantoin. Both of two Klebsiella strains were found to be resistant to penicillin, ampicillin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline and one of them was resistant to nitrofurantoin.
