Kablo polimerlerinde ağaç oluşumu ve modellenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET KABLO POLİMERLERİNDE AĞAÇ OLUŞUMU VE MODELLENMESİ Bu çalışmada yalıtkan olarak kullanılan polimer malzemelerde olumsuz etkilere yol açan ağaçlanma olayı incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın deneysel kısmında bir darbe generatörü yapılmış ve sivri uçlarda gelişen ağaçlanmaları görebilmek içinde yalıtkan malzeme olarak da polyester oklar kullanılmıştır. Ölçme düzeneğinde ise, bir adet iğne ve topraklanmış bir yüzey elektrottan yararlanılarak, polyester bloklara yüksek darbe gerilimleri ve AC gerilimler silmiştir. Sonuçta ağaçlanma süresi ve yanı sıra iğne elektrot ile topraklanmış yüzey elektrot asındaki uzaklıkta göz önüne alınarak, uygulanan gerilimin yalıtkan örnekler üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. VII

SUMMARY THE TREEING PROCESS ON POLYMERIC CABLES AND ITS MODELLING In this study, the treeing phenomenon, which is one of the severe degradation mechanism, bserved on polymeric outdoor insulation materials, were investigated. In the experimental part f the study, a high voltage generator was build and to analyse the growing process of trees hich generate at the tip of the needle the polyester blocks were used as the insulating material, ı the measurement system, the construction of electrodes was composed of a needle and a rounded plate, the polymeric insulation subjected to high impulse voltages and high AC Dİtages. At the end the treeing times as well as the insulation thickness between the needle and e ground plate electrodes have been compared and the effects of voltages given to samples were vestigated. VIII
